Ons verblijf in Ambassador was goed. Centrale ligging wat wij als heel gunstig hebben ervaren.
Pros:

De service, vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Ruime keuze bij ontbijt, lunch en diner.

Cons:

Accommodatie was prima met een kleine aantekening: De badkamer deur ging zwaar en moeilijk open en dicht.

Our first choice in Bangkok
Pros:

This was our second and third stay at Siam@Siam Design Hotel as a family with a child – and once again, everything was excellent.

The location is great, the breakfast offers plenty of choice, and the service is consistently friendly and attentive. What really makes the difference, though, is the genuine hospitality of the staff. We always feel very welcome here, and the team is incredibly helpful whenever we need anything.

We’ve stayed in Bangkok several times and tried quite a few hotels over the years. For us, Siam@Siam has now become our first choice when it comes to value for money. We’ll definitely be back.

Stylish Hotel in very good location
Pros:

The hotel is a in walking distance to MBK and Siam Discovery Mall. It is a very stylish place, from the reception on the ground floor, through the pool and gym area on 11th floor to the rooftop bar above 25th floor. Unfortunately you could hear the noise of the street and the skytrain in our room on 17th floor. All staff members were really friendly and helpful.

Good stay for shopping in nearby malls
Pros:

We received a free upgrade when we arrived. So, we had a great view of the city, which you'll also have from the pool or rooftop bar. The rooms were good, and does have anything you need for a stay. The check-in was fast.

Cons:

We didn't book breakfast because we couldn't use it on 1 of the three nights we booked (as we left on that day). To book it afterwards it's super pricy in our opinion. Rather go outside and enjoy some small eateries. The rooms were not really in nowadays style. And last, it feels very crowded in the hotel. Perhaps it's also the neighborhood it's located (which is super crowded too). So, if you want to have a relaxed atmosphere you rather go somewhere else.

Beautiful Art Hotel with Great Location and Character
Pros:

I visited this hotel in 2025, and I don’t think much has changed since then. It’s a beautiful art and design hotel, and personally, I really enjoy character hotels that are full of interesting things to see.

The colours, artwork and overall design give the hotel a unique personality. The rooms were beautiful, and the location was very convenient. It’s within walking distance of the train station, with shopping malls also nearby.

The breakfast spread was great, with a good variety of choices. The hotel team during my stay was also very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

One thing to note is that we requested an extra bed during our stay. At that time, the extra bed was not a proper roll-in bed but a sofa converted into a bed. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it very comfortable as I had to lie across the sofa on a rather hard surface. This was based on my stay in 2025, so I’m not sure if the hotel has since changed or improved the way the extra bed is prepared.

Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel’s unique character, design and convenient location. I would still recommend it, especially to those who appreciate creative and artistic hotels.
