Perfect gelegen hotel met mooie grote kamers
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is perfect, om de hoek bij de Glico man sign en het levendige Dotombori, 2 grote metrostations op loopafstand dus heel centraal gelegen. Fantastisch ontbijt en mooie ruime kamers met grote badkamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Ik zou dit hotel de volgende keer zeker weer boeken.

Cons:

Ik had dit hotel uitgekozen vanwege het bijbehorende terras maar dat is alleen open voor ontbijt en lunch (als het weer het toelaat), je kan daar helaas geen drankje doen einde dag of avond. Er zijn verder ook geen barfaciliteiten in het hotel, alleen een koffiebar. Gelukkig biedt de omgeving heel veel restaurants en barretjes.

We stayed for free nights and shopped and visited universal studios too. The location was fantastic

The staff were really kind and friendly, the free drinks in the lobby were lovely and the location was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely stay again when we return to Osaka

第五次來大阪了 但是是第一次入住此飯店
位置真的非常無敵 但也反應在價格上
位於最熱鬧的位置 什麼都有
旁邊就是難波站 各種鐵路匯聚於此 移動很方便
飯店色調偏深色 給人一種沈穩感
大廳人員相當友善 英文良好 協助使用自助機器辦理入住退房
大廳有迎賓咖啡機 和 檸檬水 以及各種備品 包括入浴劑
房內打掃的相當乾淨 鄰房間的隔音很好
冷氣配置於窗邊 風口朝上 所以不會有直接吹到人不舒服的問題
枕頭有兩種 較厚實的羽絨塑粒枕 和 低高度的羽絨枕
冰箱很安靜
水龍頭水壓強 熱水來的很快
各樓層都有飲水機可以裝水
每天都能有打掃服務

早餐種類不多 但是食材很棒 且新鮮
像是炸蝦 大干貝 生章魚 等等食材
每天會做些許改變
沙拉區每天固定都有新鮮蝦仁
果汁區也有新鮮果昔
這些都是一般飯店很難看到的

床墊最上層為一很厚的軟墊 所以睡起來感覺偏軟
畢竟位於大馬路旁 即使在高樓層 面對馬路的房間
還是會聽到些喇叭聲和暴走族的機車聲
