It was simple and fit our needs. I did not expect five star, but it certainly deserves more than a three star. Accommodations were very comfortable. The hotel is very clean.

Great location with superb breakfast
Pros:

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Cross Hotel Osaka. We returned, as the staff are welcoming, the breakfast is superb and the rooms are clean and comfy. The location is excellent with just a 5 min walk to both Dotonbori's superb restaurants and Namba Station Osaka.

Pros:

Great location in the heart of Osaka, within walking distance of everything, yet surprisingly quiet — a rare combination in a busy city center. The room was also much more spacious than expected, making the stay extra comfortable.
