Really enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

The hotel was nice, and the location was exceptional. We were on a high floor and it was quieter than I expected for as busy as that neighborhood is in the evenings. Only emergency vehicles woke me up, and not much you can do about that in a downtown area.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovations so one of the two elevators was unavailable and they weren't able to hold our bags past checkout time.

Great hotel but limited breakfast options
Pros:

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Its location is fab as its just off the main busy dotonbori street so not chaotic.

The room and bathroom were clean and interior design nice and contemporary.

The bathroom is great size with walkin shpwer facilities.

Cons:

It can get a bit noisy at night otherwise the hotel is nice.

The breakfast vareity is a bit limited for halal or vegetarian. They could improve by providing more options for halal, vegan and vegetarians.

Pros:

This hotel is so close to Dotonbori and is a short walk from the train station. The location is very convenient and central to shopping.

Cons:

Very dusty. I am very sensitive to dust mites, and had lots of allergies during my short stay here.

Friendly staff in comfortable room in a fantastic area to tour the Dotonbori area. Easy access to public transportation

Smart hotel in the heart of things.
Pros:

Right in the heart of Osaka’s food/ shopping area, but just set apart enough to feel an oasis of calm. On a smart wide designer shopping street.
Lovely reception staff. Good system for left luggage.
Nice rooms and comfy beds. Enjoyed lounge access and delicious breakfast

Cons:

Building works are a small downside, but well disguised

Pros:

Communication mauvais. Condition malhonnête. Rénovation dans l’hôtel aucune information claire avant la réservation pour informer. Une fois que vous avez payée c’est la qu’ils informent pour les travaux, le bruit et tout le désagrément.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig.
Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts und die Zimmer haben eine ansprechende Größe.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet.
Auch das Umwelt und Recycling Konzept des Hauses hat uns sehr überzeugt, so kann man zum Beispiel zwischen verschiedenen Stufen der Zimmerreinigung wählen.
