Pros:

Hotel variament super, accueil trés pro à la japonaise, l'emplacement est parfais, la chambre était assez grande, le petit dejeuné super. Vraiment à recommander,

Cons:

il y avait juste un seul ascenceur en raison de traveaux donc parfois un peu d'attente. Mais une fois les trveaux fini ce sera certainement réglé.

Pros:

Great location. Love the size of the room and toilet.

They have a renovation. So only 1 lift was working

Accueil du staff médiocre, dommage pour un si bel hôtel

Emplacement idéal proche des gares et commerces
Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité, choix occidental ou japonais

Cons:

Qualité de l accueil du personnel médiocre exemples :
- refus de prendre en charge le renvoi de notre mini pocket wifi (les autres hôtels l’ont fait lors de nos 2 séjours précédents) il s agissait de mettre dans une boîte aux lettres l enveloppe que nous avions préparée
- messages contradictoires du staff : la veille on nous dit que ok pour déposer cet enveloppe au front de l’hôtel, au moment du dépôt on nous l a refusé
- oubli de changer nos serviettes une journée (sommes restés 4 nuits)
- amabilité et sourire à l accueil à améliorer
