We initially were given a room that smelled strongly of smoke (not sure why - there is a no smoking policy across the hotel). We notified staff and were immediately moved to a different room which was comfortable and with a great view of the city below.
Nothing - this is a great hotel in a really excellent location for exploring Osaka. It’s also exceptional value for money.
The location was perfect, in the middle of Dotonburi and close to everything, yet our room was quiet. The hotel has been renovated and everything looked new. The bed was very comfortable.
Small pillows. Rooms are not cleaned for 3 days unless requested. The bottom sheet on the bed had a small stain on one side which later appeared on the other side of the bed so we knew that the sheet had simply been turned around instead of replaced. We missed the personal touch of checking in and out which was automated and also had to take our own suitcases to the room. There were no draws to put our clothes in for a long stay.
Bra läge, trevlig personal, jättebra frukost. Rummen mot gatan var lite störda av trafik någon gång per natt men de mot gården var tysta och bra.
Lite väl långsamt wifi, annars var allt perfekt.

Very well situated, close to restaurants, bars in the southern part of Osaka. Rooms clean but rather small
Automatic check-in and check-out in front of machines. Very un-personalized. No help for luggage. Luggage storage self service. Club level room is tiny with very limited offer (and no service), so avoid paying the extra for it.
A great doom on floor 13 with amazing views.
Good location and clean
Slow elevator and lobby restroom close in the evening too early.
Next to Osaka center and train station , breakfast was tremendous
TV , it only has Japanese channels. No possibility to use Netflix , Prime , Disney accounts
