De locatie was prima.

Cons:

Het personeel was heel onvriendelijk. De kamer was erg basic en gedateerd. Erg overprijsd, ik zou het niet aanbevelen.

Perfect location
Pros:

Love it here, this was our third time and would deffo recommend. Great price, close to the Old Town and only a small hill to get to it!

Goed hotel weg van de gekte
Pros:

Ruime propere kamer waar alles functioneerde, met ijskast je, weg van drukte van centrum maar toch dichtbij, gratis parking op straat genoeg

Cons:

Lakens waren eigenlijk te klein om onder matras te kunnen dus matras lag vaak zonder onderlaken , niet echt ideaal. Hotel ligt op steile heuvel, niet voor iedereen te doen. Als je voor 16u aankomt is inchecken onmogelijk, mevrouw aan balie kijkt dan boos.

La ubicación, los exteriores y la piscina del hotel. La amabilidad del personal. El silencio del apartahotel por las noches es clave. Aparcamiento y zona de restauracióm en la zona.

Cons:

Las almohadas no son cómodas, poco menaje en cocina si se quiere cocinar, para desayuno y poco más es suficiente. Necesita un poco más de atención en la limpieza en profundidad, hay polvo/arena en mando TV, secador de pelo....y aunque está limpio el apartamento da mala imagen.

A localização é maravilhosa, os funcionários muito simpáticos e o café da manhã muito bom também. Se não fosse um pequeno detalhe na casa de banho, daria nota máxima ao estabelecimento.

Cons:

A casa de banho do quarto 12: é preciso consertar o chuveiro pois a água está saindo por cima e por baixo (pela torneira e pelo chuveiro). Já entrei em contato com o hotel e foram muito receptivos ao meu feedback. Acredito que tomarão providências rapidamente. No mais, nada a apontar. O serviço em geral foi muito bom.

Ideal Location, cheap cheerful good for a short stay
Pros:

Ideal location less than a 2 min walk to the old town. Rooms were clean and staff were really lovely

Sadly, the staff. Sent me to a room where the safe has clearly been battered with a baseball bat and was not usable, advised a safe could be provided offsite
when I brought it up, but no further information given - had to carry my valuables everywhere I went as a result.

No basic customer service I’d expect from the staff of a hotel, eg giving out a map of the local area, offering recommendations of places in the area. They were physically there, but nothing more than that. Underwhelming!
