Pros:

Staff was very courteous and pleasant. Room was good

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel but their systems were down therefore could not verify our reservation or administer room keys. We were basically prisoners in our room and only one could leave at a time or we'd have to track down the mgr to get back into our room.

The beautiful suite the comfortable bed everything was great

Cons:

Only thing that wasn't good was the small low to the floor toilet need higher toilets especially for seniors and disabled people
