we were not happy with paying full price for a hotel actively under construction.
Pros:

Breakfast was nothing special. The beds were very comfy and room had been recently renovated so it was clean.

Cons:

The check-in area was chaotic, make shift checkin desk. The entrance hall was actually being tiled when we arrived at 7:30 pm and that was crazy, drywall everywhere, noisy, confusing. Our room TV was not working, the phone did not work, so we couldn’t even call for assistance. Not a good experience at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back.
Pros:

The breakfast was phenomenal! It was well stocked, tasted great, and had tons of options to choose from.

Cons:

Because the hotel is renovating, sometimes I could hear them working with tools from my room.

Cons:

We arrived to have a nice weekend with family bringing kids to find out that the pool was closed when we arrived. We also were given a room next to the pool when they were jack hammering making noise and there was dust in the hallways. Our daughter is sensitive to dust so we had to ask for another room a with kids it is difficult to not have a pool for entertainment for kids. There was dirt in the bathroom that was white the hotel for sure needed renovations but a heads up would have been nice bringing the family and mostly coming for the pool for kids

They are renovating and our room was one of the rooms that were renovated so it was clean and bed was comfortable .Also breakfast was good

Cons:

Our door to our room didn’t close tightly Renovations in the elevators and especially outside left me with a bad taste, mattresses and furniture from the renovations were thrown outside and were just left there . Shattered glass where cars were driving over , should of been cleaned up

Brand new renovation, excellent breakfast, super staff. No drawbacks here.
Pros:

Neely refurbished and excellent.

Cons:

The renovation forced some things (pool, gym) to be closed which is understandable and 100% OK but it should be noted on the website or booking site.

Quite ordinary and I suggest calling before reserving to make sure the pool and jacuzzi are working…

Close to casino

Cons:

The pool and jacuzzi were out of order for whole stay and that’s why we spent the extra money to stay there. And, my partner has a severe soy allergy but when I asked the front desk if they have an ingredient list for the breakfast items, the worker said they don’t do that.

Terrible
Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

Construction going on throughout & possibility of having to change rooms on different floors. Noisy, began too early & Not knowing that they would begin demo that early. Disappointed, inconvenienced, & left after one night when I originally booked 5. Frustrating & will seek a refund for the other four nights.
