Would not stay again.

My family & I booked this hotel solely for our children to swim. We had just got to the pool when we figured out it’s not heated AND a birthday party showed up. Which is fine until they threw their belongings all on top of our families personal belongings & were shoving my children out of the way. We left the pool area. We decided to try to come back later. Only to find out someone vomitted in the pool & it was now closed. We completely understand things happen, but when trying to voice our frustration with staff they were very dismissive.

Pros:

The remodel was very nice, however, the reno was not completely finished. The location for the purpose of our visit was excellent.

Cons:

Our room needed a few tweeks, one curtain would not open, toilet seat was loose, we emptied our own trash, & had to ask for tissue, toilet paper & towels.

It was fine but not sure I would stay there again.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the staff at the front desk was very nice

Cons:

It was not clean at all. There were bugs in my heater, paper on the floor in the room and the hallways were dirty as were the elevators. Garbage cans were overflowing . I paid way too much for what I received

Multiple issues faced around Plumbing noise, neglected housekeeping, check-in shock, communication failure, management inaccessible, No responses to formal complaint. This property, managed by Converge Hospitality, demonstrates a fundamental breakdown in service, accountability, and basic guest respect. I would strongly caution anyone considering a stay here.
