Quick, easy and comfortable.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and felt safe.
Pros:

The coffee machine in the lobby was not working a

Close to freeway

Cons:

Old , beds were not comfortable. Was told we could get a crib when making reservation and when we arrived was told they only do it with king size rooms, and we had double queens

Disappointing with Online Rating!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the complementary breakfast was decent; coffee was great.

Cons:

Very outdated. Gym was filthy and the treadmill was broken. No hand sanitizer or gym towels. Room was okay, again outdated. AC in room was loud. Definitely only a landing spot. A few minor updates to rooms like bathroom shower curtains, and clean common area like the gym, this hotel would greatly improve.

WORSE STAY EVER
Pros:

Only thing i liked was leaving the hotel,the manager (Teresa) was very rude didn't like that i said the spa was dirty once I mentioned that her whole aditude shifted and started blaming me for things instead of trying to fix my issue, they moved me to a room(they chose for me) with no spa but still being charged spa price asked for a discount for there being no spa but the manager didn't see it that way she thought I was trying to get a free room but I just didn't wana pay for a dirty spa if I cant use it I would pay for a normal room with no spa but Teresa(manager) wasn't having it so I'm stuck trying to get booking.com to help me hopefully they see this post and they many other reviews this hotel has they all mentioned (the rude older lady at front desk) DONT COME HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY LOL

The room was roomy, two queen beds, refrigerator, closet and restroom had shampoo and conditioner and bodywash dispensers.

Breakfast didn't start till 7am, would have liked it to start around 5am.
