Cozy, comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

I loved the vibe and feel of this property from the time I walked thru the front door. It was rustic and had a southern vibe with its accents and decor… loved it! The entire building was very clean and the staff were great.

Too Notch Excellent hotel in Mt Pleasant Charleston SC

My husband and i have stayed at this hotel multiple times and we are always impressed The staff are super friendly and accommodating and go out of there way to ensure a wonderful experience On this particular trip I want to call out two exceptional employees Gabriel and Chaz at the front desk Two entirely different encounters Gabriel over the phone who was beyond efficient and friendly to Chaz when we checked in , who greets you with a beautiful smile and goes out of his way to ensure your satisfaction I hope management reads this review and recognizes these outstanding individuals To the hotel itself guest rooms are spacious and clean
When you check in the lobby, hallways are gorgeous
I always enjoy my visits to this hotel

Pros:

Quick getaway trip for me and my best friend. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. It was a staycation for a conference nearby. We are both residents in Berkeley County. This was such a cute hotel. I highly recommend.

Rude service and dirty bathroom. I had to clean the bathroom myself. hair left in from previous customers. The young lady at service desk in the morning checkout was rude and acted as if we were a bother stopping by to ask a question. Too busy playing on her phone loud enough for everyone to hear..
