Exceptional stay, exceeding our expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional, same as starters and vegetable buffet at dinner.
Courtesy and kindness of all the employees has been exemplar.
The room was very nice with a wonderful view, also appreciated the evening check from the ladies to figure out if all was ok and we needed something.
Enjoyed a lot the swimming pool.

Pros:

Bellissimo hotel in centro a Livigno, perfetto per esplorare la zona. Ottima cucina e spa molto grande, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo le lunghe camminate.

Very good structure, big rooms(with view on mountains), services (spa, parking), Breakfast (amazing the croissant filled with fresh cream). I really appreciated the change of towel and bath cleaning during dinner (with small chocolate on you bed). Well equipped for bike (cleaning and safe room). Super

Cons:

All the excellent services have a price. The room was quite warm and it was not possible to change the temperature inside (easy to solve the opening window).

One if the Best Hotels we have had the privilege of staying at.
Pros:

This was our first visit to Livigno as a family of three, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the very beginning, the hotel’s communication was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful in guiding us through ski pass options, ski rentals, and even arranging ski school, which made planning our trip so much easier and stress-free.

The value for money was outstanding — so much so that we were even able to get our son his own room, which made the stay even more comfortable for all of us.

The meals, drinks, and overall facilities were truly world-class. Everything was well thought out and executed to a very high standard.

One of the biggest highlights for us was the ski-in, ski-out access, which was perfectly suited to our needs and made our days on the slopes seamless and enjoyable.

We would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent once again
Pros:

This is our sixth visit to the Lac Salin and yet again it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are so attentive, professional and engaging; the food and drink are excellent; the accommodation is superb. The hotel is ideally placed for skiing and other activities, with only a short stroll to the centre of the village for shops and bars. The Lac Salin must surely be the best hotel in Livigno.

Cons:

Der Preisaufschlag für HP ist (zu) hoch. Wir haben einmal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Das Abendessen hat die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, was ich auch der Rezeption mitteilte.

Cons:

Da un hotel così mi aspettavo un servizio navetta gratuito per raggiungere la partenza degli impianti di risalita.
Un po' di fretta nello "sparecchiare" dopo colazione e pranzo.
