Pathetic
Cons:

Cleanliness and non professional behavior of reception staff. It was too untidy and cockroaches.Staff at reception was the pathetic most and they were very much slow even I called four hours prior my arrival which made me and my family embarrassing . The tap of WAshroom was lose the dustbin was of Adams age and too untidy .

They took an extra 200 Taka from us which they didn't inform us about beforehand."

Room is not good .... They provided a very cheap room. Even after asking to change the room, they didn't do it. Despite the rooms being available, they told us that there were none."
