Nothing. I will never stay at this hotel again. Stains on pillow sheets, bed sheets and everywhere. it was so dirty. dead insects, and no utilities. Even for toothbrush i have to ask and they provided next morning. Then the management said it is normal.

I liked nothing. according to my experience The staff was not good and the hotel is worst.

Struttura molto caratteristica, pensando al periodo del primo novecento in cui è stata avviata

Che è ancora molto legata ai primi novecento; frigo bar e tv in camera praticamente inutili, bagni da rifare, alcune parti della struttura decisamente “vecchie”. Comodo per una notte di appoggio a Colombo, se si ha bisogno di più notti penserei ad un’alternativa

部屋も設備も古くて清潔感もない。従業員の動きが鈍くて接客サービスに気配りがなく、社員教育がほとんどされてない印象。セーフティーボックスがあると記載されていたのに実際にはなかった。以前にも同じことがあったが、Booking.comの問題なのか知りたい。

La camera era sporca, in particolare le lenzuola presentavano diversi capelli, quindi la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Inoltre, era presente una sola carta igienica.
Avevamo chiesto per due giorni prima dell’arrivo di poter usufruire del servizio di trasferimento dall’aeroporto, che risultava incluso tra i servizi, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta: né tramite Booking, né su WhatsApp, né tantomeno alle telefonate.

Enjoyed staying
Pros:

Had the privilege of staying in a 1837 Dutch Governor Bungalow overlooking Colombo port, later became the British Military Barracks Hqrs and later became in 1875 became a Luxurious Hotel.

Was proud and happy.

Staff were polite and helpful and the property is located in prime locality of Colombo City.
