Done above , the only good thing was they give a good welcome drinks

Only the property looks great from outside and the reception area

Cons:

No friendly staff , I booked a room to stay 8 hrs and they give me the keys making me to wait 1 hr in the reception with kid and my wife ,no one to take bags ,no cooperation from staff ,almost every 15 mins I ask them is my room ready but they responded late and give a key once my family check in the room they make me wait another 10 mins to allocate a baggage boy ,he took me to another room told my room is this but they give another key by mistake to my wife ,and they force my to close and move out that room even though my wife was in the toilet and another one guy come and shout at me telling your room is not this and he try to get in without any respect , rolls are not clean I spend 45 $ for 8 hours but took awarded after 1.30 hrs

Good location, rooms spacious but need to be better presented.

The location was good central and close to trains and Colombo markets.
The room was large.
Staff were pleasant and helpful

this room had plaster falling off walls in places and had a musty mouldy and damp smell.
