I really liked the location and the high standard of the facilities.

Ich würde das Hotel mit 3 Sternen bewerten.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich wirklich in einer sehr günstigen Lage, nahe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Schalldämmung der Zimmer ist gut. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche und einer Auswahl an Kissen. Die Badetücher sind weich und angenehm. Das Personal ist höflich und freundlich. Beim Frühstück gibt es ein sehr gutes Gericht – Eggs Benedict, die auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet werden.

Cons:

Beim Einchecken gab es nicht einmal eine einfache Flasche Wasser, was heutzutage in Hotels jeder Kategorie völlig normal ist. Wir mussten sie in einem benachbarten Laden kaufen. Der Sessel im Zimmer, ebenso wie die Sessel im Restaurant, bestehen aus einem einst schönen, weichen Stoff, sind jedoch völlig durchgesessen und sehen unansehnlich aus; zudem sind sie im Restaurant im Verhältnis zu den Tischen sehr niedrig, und die Tische sind rund und klein, was die gesamte Situation äußerst unbequem macht. Wir haben deswegen sogar auf das Abendessen in diesem unbequemen Restaurant verzichtet. Die Obstteller sind im Verhältnis zur Obstauswahl viel zu klein. Es gibt eigentlich nur große Teller, keine mittleren, und da die Tische klein und rund sind, reicht der Platz auf dem Tisch nicht aus. Das Frühstück ist für den angegebenen Preis dürftig. Die Reinigung im Zimmer und im Badezimmer erfolgt nicht sehr gründlich, der Spiegel wird wahrscheinlich nur sehr selten geputzt.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Rathaus entfernt. Schöne gehobene Ausstattung, nettes Personal, alles sauber, kostenloses Wasser am Aufzug, bequeme Betten und leckeres Frühstück.

Wir haben nichts zu meckern.
