Clean, friendly staff, comfy beds and rooms, close to many attractions
Pros:

We spemnt 4 nights at the lovely Dominican. From the moment you enter the doors you are greeted with a wonderful clean fragrance. The staff were all friendly and courteous. Close to and walkable location to many attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Top hotel voor een ontspannen weekend Brussel
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, fantastisch ontbijt en zalige bedden. De ligging is uitstekend, je bent vlakbij alles en toch net uit de chaotische drukte van het middeleeuwse centrum. Ruime openbare parking ligt letterlijk om de hoek, op 2 min wandelen. Leuke sfeer in de bar 's avonds, en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De kamer was te warm om te slapen, en behalve het raam openzetten was er geen andere oplossing. Er is een verwarmingssysteem dat niet kan koelen, en ook ongelooflijk veel lawaai maakt.

Excellent hôtel, confort, cadre, professionnalisme, attentions envers les clients
Pros:

Emplacement parfait arrivée gare centrale et proche de l'Ancienne Belgique. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le staff, l'ambiance et le cadre. Hotel confortable, literie impeccable, sèche-cheveux dyson ! Nous avons profité du fitness et sauna. Une attention particulière est réservée aux clients. L'endroit est paisible en pleine ville. J'y retounerai volontiers. Le check-in a pu se faire plus tôt et la chambre rendue pour midi.

Tout bien mis à part ce détail qui peut être corrigé
Pros:

Tout sauf la baignoire et le pare douche pas hermétique…inondation…mais comme dans les trois quarts des hôtels

Cons:

La baignoire , on met inévitablement de l eau partout en se douchant malgré le pare douche.

Pas d'eau chaude le soir de notre arrivée.
Pas de télecommande pour la TV.
En effet, á la vue, le petit-dêjeuner n est pas assez fourni et ne vaut pas son prix.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist sehr stylisch. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet.
Die Bar ist gemütlich und schick, der Service gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr kleine Sauna und ein Dampfbad. Leider muss beides erst vom Gast aktiviert werden zum Aufheizen, das kostet viel zu viel Zeit, so dass letztlich eine Nutzung unterblieb.

Séjour très agréable, la salle de bain équipée, la salle de sport (machine, fruits, eau citronnée, espace bien être) le restaurant magnifique et l’emplacement central.

Uniquement l’humeur de la réceptionniste à notre arrivée, mais on ne l’a pas revu ensuite.

Mooie Kerstdagen gehad in Brussel Centrum, met Kerstavond.
Pros:

Alles was super. kamer, het personeel, ontbijt en de bar. in het centrum en toch rustig tijdens de kerstdagen. kerstavond was spijtig genoeg alles volzet in dit waanzinnig hotel, en dus moeten zoeken voor ander kerstdiner, maar AKAI was prachtige vervanging.
