Well!
I walked into reception (3x people 2 adults and a 14 year old child) whilst the receptionist could see clearly and did not say anything. When completing booking and entering room there was 1 bed and two towels, going back to ask where is the second bed and towel I was told I had to pay a extra $50 which now made it over $300 for one night the extra bed looked like something from a school camp and the by fold door into the bathroom had gaps where you could see in from the main room over rated price and stay..

hot springs was wonderful experince

Cons:

water in shower covering the entire bathroom floor and nearly out the door onto carpet
bedroom door right opposite lift doors
noisy machines all night
smelt like someone had been smoking in the room
not the cleanest
disappointing let down

Great location and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, easy beachside walk to either the breakwater or lake pertobe parks.

Cons:

Room wasn’t perfectly clean, however it wasn’t bad enough to worry about too much either. High chair supplied was pretty bed, needed thorough cleaning before use.

A very relaxing hotel for a couple of days of pampering. Comfortable bed, lovely shower/bathroom. Great location close to the beach.
Handy to have a free guest laundry on site too.

Pros:

I loved the hot springs, and the lighting was great. I felt refreshed and relaxed after taking a hot springs bath.

Cons:

I didn’t like the smell in the room. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty and didn’t seem fresh or clean.

If the water pressure was fixed I would stay here again
