Disappointing as a whole, mainly because of the cold and strange atmosphere of this hotel. Not premium level for sure even if our Ocean View Queen room was very comfortable (but view limited and with ugly direct environment: car parks, building). Indoor swimming pool cold and with "psychiatric" atmosphere; no towels provided!! Hot springs were cool, but I wouldn't make a special trip just for them.
The beach, the hot springs and salt room and the service was excellent

The room and everything that was included was devine, loved our stay, room, bed, bathroom excellent. the Day Spa and Hot Springs were amazing.
A few issues contacting them by phone but we got there in the end.
Die Therme ist für Europäer ein Witz. Miniklein mit 90 Minuten Slots und überteuert. Allgemein ist in dem Ort nicht viel los, so dass ich von einen Stop hier abrate.

This was our second stay. There's so much to like about staying here. We treat it as a mini retreat. We pay for parking and don't leave the hotel the whole time we're here. Food options are somewhat limited at the restaurant - and the bar isn't open past 8pm which is a downer, but you can uber eats anything you need so not a huge issue. We come for the springs though, and they are amazing. I wish there was a discount for the outside springs, or even an "all day pass" option for people staying in the hotel, as paying for 2 sessions a day to get the most out of being there gets pricey. Other than that, however, it's a great escape and highly recommend.
