Uncomfortable - cancelled my second night as I was unable to sleep. Slept on the floor. Old beds.

Location to the springs and restaurants

Cons:

The bed was terrible - it was one big banana with no back support. I ended up sleeping on the floor with a scratchy wool blanket and a draft. The bed was very painful. The hotel must be aware of this as I later found out while scrolling reviews of others who also identified the terrible banana beds. Cancelled my second night without refund as I used booking.com. Won't return.

The location was excellent

Cons:

Booked a room that included breakfast. Upon arrival we were told that this only included 1 breakfast not for both of us. This is the first time this has EVER happened and we travel all the time.
