The front reception accommodated our short notice check-in which was nice, and the team were quick to fix any issues. Good location, right near pacific fair and tram.

Cons:

the utensils weren’t clean, the bathroom doorknob jammed up and wouldn’t lock properly, the ensuite room accidentlally just on us and locked us out and the keys didn’t work?? Very frustrating, a bed wasn’t made on arrival but I presume that was a communication error, the ensuite room smelt really funny, like a chemical or something. The dryer didn’t even work and if you didn’t have you key fob with you in the elevator you couldn’t get down to the ground floor (this lead to other guests being stuck in the elevator and waiting for others to use the elevator in order to get out)

Overall our stay was excellent and we enjoyed the surrounding facilities that were on offer. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Definitely the location was superb, close to everything.
Room was really nice, great view from balcony.

Cons:

The car allocation was very average as I have a 4wd, needs a decent sized car park.
Room service would have been nice at least 1 day out of 5.

The location wasn't bad

Cons:

So dirty, food all over the plates. Floor gross, staff had limited English which caused communication barriers. Bathroom sink wasn't attached to the bench, it just rested there, which ment I had to share my ensuite. So noisy (passing cars, resturant dumping glasses bottles twice hourly, 5.30am power tools in room next door 🙄, can hear banging from room above all night). Mould problem. Had no hotter water sporadically for hours on end. Doesn't come with any of the extras it states (no dish washing liquid, no dishwasher powder, no laundry powder) washing machine was gross, dryer lint had never been emptied. Towels dirty. Staff didn't care. Springs in mattress dig into you. Pool was NOT heated. Worst accommodation ever!

Cons:

Check in delayed by 1 hour. Seemed under staffed. Check out process clunky, key drop by the car park exit to not have to leave vehicle unattended in driveway. Was blocked by this on exit.
