Excelente lugar
Pros:

El apartamento está ubicado en la zona de BroadBeach, (que para mi gusto es mucho mejor que Surfers Paradaise Beach, porque la primera playa es mucho más tranquila, menos comercial, mas agradable)
El apartamento muy amplio, cómodo, dotado completamente en su cocina, y zona de ropas. La zona es muy linda, con facilidad de transporte a 1 cuadra para llegar hasta el aeropuerto o hasta Brisbane. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor. La playa es muy linda. A una cuadra está el WoodWorths, ideal para comprar lo necesario si quieren cocinar.

Great stay, good location
Pros:

The property was clean, very good view and had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to local ammenities.

Cons:

The parking spot was very small, thankfully I had a small car but even that was very tight to get in and out of and having a small shed in the space made it hard to get the car to a point of where I could get in and out of my car.

The shower when ever used made a very loud screeching noise

Love the location . 20 minutes after arriving had maintenance man knock and come straight in . Glad we were not getting

Pros:

The front reception accommodated our short notice check-in which was nice, and the team were quick to fix any issues. Good location, right near pacific fair and tram.

Cons:

the utensils weren’t clean, the bathroom doorknob jammed up and wouldn’t lock properly, the ensuite room accidentlally just on us and locked us out and the keys didn’t work?? Very frustrating, a bed wasn’t made on arrival but I presume that was a communication error, the ensuite room smelt really funny, like a chemical or something. The dryer didn’t even work and if you didn’t have you key fob with you in the elevator you couldn’t get down to the ground floor (this lead to other guests being stuck in the elevator and waiting for others to use the elevator in order to get out)

Overall our stay was excellent and we enjoyed the surrounding facilities that were on offer. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Definitely the location was superb, close to everything.
Room was really nice, great view from balcony.

Cons:

The car allocation was very average as I have a 4wd, needs a decent sized car park.
Room service would have been nice at least 1 day out of 5.

Only had a bedsheet no blanket? Toilet tap was off at the wall and then and small leak when turned on.. i shouldnt have had to do it myself. Needs to be replaced ASAP
