We have stayed here twice and love it! Oceanview room with a balcony. Free chair setup on the beach. The onsite restaurant is really good! We noticed all the same staff from a year ago which tells me it’s a great place to work as well!
The restaurant has mostly outdoor seating. They have some umbrella coverings, but an actual built roof would be awesome!
Been staying for the years, shabby chic has become more chic. The restaurant , Sandbar Grille, continues to be a treat for guests and locals in the know.
Parking, which was free for years , increasing to $25.00 last year and is now $50.00 per day

What a great way to end my trip in Fort Lauderdale! Seriously such a great staff and kind owner. While I didn’t stay at the hotel this time I will be definitely going here in the future and will be back at the Sand Bar and Grill! Great views of the ocean and a very well kept place for anyone coming down here!
The property exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was so nice and relaxing even with my 3 kids. They had so much fun.
I liked everything, really. We couldn’t enjoy the beach very much because of the sargassum but I did see trucks trying to clean the beach in the morning.

Location on the beach was fantastic. It was a small hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. All of them faced the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The Wi-Fi connection was basically non-existent. With 2 teenagers, that was an issue. There is only so much time that can be spent on the beach and in the pool. The pool is small, so it can get crowded.
The view was great from our room.
There was a dead bird in the pool. Once the worker got it out of the water he threw it in the bushes. The check in staff was very confusing adding up all these different fees to my credit card.
The people were wonderful. We just came off a cruise with rude people and I was so tired. The front desk clerk was just so nice and welcoming. They accommodated us as we were very early for check in. The pool was clean and refreshing and I can’t say enough about the bar and restaurant service and food. Niki and Jackie were top notch!
Really it was a great experience. 1 thing I could add is maybe a fluffier pillow. But if you sleep on both of them it was fine. The view out the back patio is breathtaking as it’s very close to the ocean. They have chairs and umbrellas to rent but we hung out at the pool. As there’s a ledge to sit in and a water fall

Loved everything about our stay. The entire staff was amazing and attentive. Our ocean view was amazing. We definitely would stay here again.
The front desk is not very knowledgeable when it comes to issues at this hotel they tell you one thing and totally different. Also, they don’ttell you everything when you make your reservations about any holes or any percentage that they gonna put holes on your card. I would not recommend this hotel from one to 10 being one is the best it would be a negative one when it comes to front desk for customer service.
