Pros:

The warm welcome from your staff as soon as we walked in,very friendly staff, lovely room with really comfortable bed,slept like a baby.Very attentive staff .Great breakfast,plenty of choice. Very accommodating, when we checked out,the hotel held on to our luggage until we were ready to depart.

Cons:

Outside the hotel was a Bill board advertising assorted spa treatments but it was covered in bird poop,it was a bit unsightly, inside,you couldn't fault it for it cleanliness and beautifully decor,although the bathroom was beautiful done,think some people with mobility issues would have trouble stepping in and out of the bath,I don't know weather all the bathrooms are like this and maybe add a slip matt as the surface when wet was quite slippy.

Pros:

System error on price. Hotel cancelled my booking with no apology. Said needed to take up with booking.com. No refund and spoilt surprise birthday stay.

Absolute fantastic value for money the staff are incredible

The staff are phenomenal.

Cons:

The room I had this time couldn’t get cold water from the tap. All the other rooms I stayed in before did. It wasn’t a big issue just weird with brushing my teeth

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

Absolutely everything my mum had just lost my dad he should of been with her at the hotel but died a couple of weeks ago we was not going to go but decided to we are so glad she has loved your hotel the food the room the staff honestly it’s amazing you should be proud.

Cons:

If i had to say anything i would ask for more teabags in the room and milk old people love a cuppa. Thats all.

Great experience!
Pros:

We were staying in another hotel and our room was 80-90°. We called and asked if they had A/C because we haven’t been able to sleep the last few nights. Carl at the front desk got us a room with a beautiful view. He also made sure that the A/C was on before we got here so the room was cooled down for us. He was very accommodating. We definitely will be staying here the next time we are in town. Thank you Carl!!

Fantastic boutique hotel
Pros:

The staff were exceptional - so friendly & helpful. The valet parking was great. Room comfortable with much needed aircon. Breakfast was very good &:we also had evening meal which was equally good and very reasonably priced compared to other 4* hotels we have stayed in.

Cons:

Bath/shower was difficult to get in/out of. Would have preferred a walk-in shower/cubicle

Fabulous 4* boutique hotel
Pros:

We loved this hotel. Great spot right in the centre of Southport. Room was good with aircon. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and reasonably price - good menu choices. Breakfast was included and was also very good. We would definitely stay again.
