Nice and clean the heating hadnt been on so the room was 13 degrees took about an hour for the heating to kick in. No vegetarian/vegan options at breakfast which is unheard if nowadays Other than that everything was great

It was a lovely hotel,spotlessly clean . Staff helpful .Lovely hot ,powerful shower. Bedromm great . Comfy bed .Everything in your room ( internet wasnt good) Breakfast was fantastic ,someone for everyone . I loved the continental. Fiance loved the cooked. Eggs being made to order was a special bonus. Great staff
Evening menu. ..on the two for £35 poor choice gnocchi or steak frites. Veggie menu not good so we ate outside the hotel.
Wasnt warned about a £50 damages deposit.

Room 404 is across from the cleaners room and you could hear them talking all the time.

Didn't like the fact we where told if we ate in the restaurant we would get a discount for staying but went to pay and didn't also service charge had been added without them saying.
On checkout the receptionist tried to charge £25 for late checkout which we never had has checkout was 11am anyway.
Got charged £10.50 for a large glass of coke!!!!
They had magazines for you to read as you entered the bar area but was shocked to find adult material on top shelf which is surprising in a 4 star hotel.
