Fantastic boutique hotel
Pros:

The staff were exceptional - so friendly & helpful. The valet parking was great. Room comfortable with much needed aircon. Breakfast was very good &:we also had evening meal which was equally good and very reasonably priced compared to other 4* hotels we have stayed in.

Cons:

Bath/shower was difficult to get in/out of. Would have preferred a walk-in shower/cubicle

Pros:

Very pleasant staff. Comfortable stay. Big bed and very clean , well.maintained hotel .
Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Southport.
Lovely restaurant., nice atmosphere.

Cons:

Lack of easy parking and quite expensive using thd parking service offered but did as convenient .

Friendly, comfortable and one to which we will return.
Pros:

We had a walk in shower and air conditioning which was a bonus given the 30+ heat being experienced at the time of our visit. The lift was so smooth and quick and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We were not very impressed by the restaurant; we found the menu limited. There were, however, numerous eateries in the immediate area.

Great location, room very clean and comfortable. Lovely staff in the restaurant

Cons:

One of the receptionists was not friendly and didn't seem interested. No customer service, no eye contact . Wine very expensive

Room was lovely and it was suitable for my needs , breskfsst was really nice and the staff were lovely couldn’t fault . Receptionist at desk was very helpful and polite x

Cons:

The service in the restaurant was very slow but it was busy , the young girls were polite and kept on checking we was okay , had to wait a while for a cocktail which was ordered and asked a few times
