Everything was perfect
Staff couldn't be more helpful
Everything was spotless
So comfortable . Bed beautiful and comfortable and could get the beautiful smell of fresh laundry
Only one suggestion I have is a brighter light or small mirror which can be moved to window for ladies doing makeup.
Great location as we were attending a show at the Atkins theatre, staff very friendly and helpful
We have stayed here before so knew what to expect
Centrally located with a great staff. Breakfast is always delicious.
Nothing. The tubs are very high in the bathrooms, so could cause issues for people for mobility issues.
We have stayed here a few times so knew what to expect .
I had booked the room online with “ city view “ as I always have . When we got here this time we went to the room only to find it was on the side of building and the view from the window was of a roof with metal ducting going across the be window . As I do this for a living I did not want to see this haha . I went to reception and told them and they changed my room immediately . The hotel was relatively quiet . So there was a room free to my expectations . City view is city view . My only concern is what if it was busy and there wasn’t any spare room . I booked this hotel because of the view so maybe this could be misinterpreted . Apart from that it was great
A really lovely afternoon tea - everything fresh and delicious, including warm sausages rolls and scones and a lovely range of cakes.

Couldn't fault it other than the toilet in the room was not secured to the wall properly
Great location! Staff are so helpful and attentive and the rooms are extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and have everything in them to make our stay memorable. Would highly recommend
The reception staff naming Emily, Carl, AJ was lovely always trying to make my daughter smile, but we had problems with the Internet and the TV so I spoke Emily on reception and she changed our room to still have problems with the TV and Internet, so we went into the town centre to buy a firestick just to watch TV in our room... What a joke. I spoke to the GM after our breakfast and he said that we could check out the we would have to of found a different hotel and one which has a cot for my 1yr old daughter plus have carry all our belongings until check in time at a different hotel, by that time the day is wasted and had things to do as was only staying in Southport 2days....you would think the. Money I paid to stay in this hotel the TV and Internet would work... Plus I took my wife and baby for dinner at the hotel restaurant and orded a pasta and cheese sauce for baby a 2 steaks and Eaton mess for Desert and drinking tap water... The bill came too £103 I almost fainted lol, so advice to anyone thinking of staying at this hotel DON'T!!!!!!!!! there's much better and cheaper hotels in Southport where the Internet and TV work..... Oh and before we stayed I received a email saying on the Thursday night at 11pm until 12pm midnight there will be a power cut, what's that all about lol, the maintenance guy Ricardo was lovely he even helped me set up my firestick, and so if you read this review thank you Ricardo, Emily, Aj, Carl...
Well were do i start, the tv was constantly cliching and the internet kept on switching off, i had to go into the twn centre to buy a amazon fire stick just to watch tv at night. What a royal pi55 take...
Modern well appointed hotel with nice bar and good restaurant.
The hotel is comparably good value for money.
Excellent location on Lords street was easy to find. Staff friendly and helpful. Top notch breakfast.
On Street parking can be a problem, though they do offer valet parking at a price.
I don’t like the bath / shower setup as bath sides are high and hard to get out of if you are not full fit or older.
Bed was comfy
We stayed at The Vincent on Saturday 14th February, having booked a V Corner Studio room via Booking.com for what was meant to be a rare night away.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the room provided. The room was advertised as including a bath; however, there was no bath in the room. In addition, it was described as having a city view. Whilst I appreciate that Southport is not technically a city, the view from our room was not what most would reasonably consider a “view” and does not reflect how the room is being marketed. Photos attached.
I did raise this with reception during our stay to confirm that we had been allocated the correct room and was advised that we had. And I have since written to the hotel in response to an email asking about our stay and haven’t heard anything back.
Given that the room did not match the description under which it was sold, we were left very disappointed.
