The floors were filthy !!! The bathroom shower walls were stained I had to go to wall mart and purchase tilex and clean the shower and curtain ! The baseboard heater had no control knob and did not work ! The tube and the surrounding walls were moldy the floor tiles were cracked , it was in despite need of repairs

the first room we were assigned was very - to extremely musty and I couldn't sleep in that room as I have asthma
the guy at the front desk offered us another room with no carpet
That room was better, mostly clean but the walls and ceiling was in dire need of new paint, and the floor turned my bare feet black- gross

Need bigger or extra pillows

Run down and old. Some dirty spots, but nothing that would keep me from booking again if I needed a night or two stay in the area.

Old and room had a musty smell until I circulated some air. The smell triggered my allergies.

Cleanliness, as a franchise I expected better conditions, you get what you pay for and I expected as much, but the amount of dead bugs and spiders was alarming. It wasn’t swept in months the way it looked. Just the kind of place you don’t want to walk around barefoot.
