Cleanliness, as a franchise I expected better conditions, you get what you pay for and I expected as much, but the amount of dead bugs and spiders was alarming. It wasn’t swept in months the way it looked. Just the kind of place you don’t want to walk around barefoot.

Pros:

Came to Pulaski,NY for 2 day fishing trip. Wanted a comfortable bed for night and our quiet room gave us that!
No breakfast (continental...) but Byrne Dairy convenience store across the road filled in mightily, including filling 40 oz thermos.. would definitely stay again.

Cons:

We were in town to fish. Have nothing to complain about.

Overall you get what you pay for however the staff coming in at 5am was ridiculous
