Couldn’t fault the location, the rooms or the staff. Lovely roof top terrace.
Pros:

The hotel could not have been in a better location. All of the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit of a let down. Not the best

After travelling all over Europe for 5 weeks this was the only hotel with no tea or coffee facilities in our room. We had to pay 8 euros for a cuppa
Bed was rock hard and staff not particularly friendly or helpful
Other than great location would not recommend.

Great location & the rooftop terrace and bar made our stay so enjoyable!
Pros:

The location is fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We loved the abundance of space outside of our room: the rooftop terrace and plunge pool, the outdoor terrace on the first floor, the large salon with couches and chairs. The limoncello spritz at the rooftop bar was great, but be sure to try all of their other spritz flavours! Highly recommend the violet.

Very well located large room with friendly staff
Pros:

Location is excellent, room was very large, staff very accommodating and friendly. Front desk staff exceptional- helped me with an upgrade.

Cons:

Breakfast options for vegetarians was poor. Too many sweet things, cheese was kept next to the meat and not many options.

Central Hotel
Pros:

My first time in Sorrento and I will be back. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center beside numerous restaurants and shops, you could not get any closer. The staff are all lovely and very helpful when booking taxi's, trips etc. The breakfast is lovely and substantial. The rooms are so clean and cleaned every day. The one person who stood out is Pepe, the bartender on the rooftop bar, he helped me when tying banners for our Friend's 60th birthday and bought the champagne and canapes right on time, an asset to the hotel. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone travelling to Sorrento.

Hotelul este am plasat chiar în zona centrală Piața Tasso. .

Cons:

-am rezervat camera dubla superioara și camera care am primit o nu era că în pozele de pe Booking.Mult mai mică .Am fost dezamăgită fiindcă prețul a fost destul de mare cca 200 Euro/noapte .Deci pozele nu sunt conforme cu realitatea .De asemenea am fost obligați să plătim taxa de stațiune 24 de eur /3 zile pe camera ..ideea este că nu am fost informați de la început ,când ne am cazat ,ci la sfârșit .Personalul de la recepție nu a oferit toate informațiile necesare ,despre hotel .În concluzie nu vom mai reveni la acest hotel și nici nu-l recomand la nimeni .Micul dejun acceptabil .

A nice well located and comfortable hotel, I'd go back on the condition I get coffee in my room!
Pros:

When you eventually establish the actual location of the hotel, it is in a great spot just down from the main square. Room was clean and comfortable and well serviced daily. My wife is gluten free and she was presented with a good selection of cereals, rolls and breads at breakfast.

Cons:

No coffee/tea making facilities in room, not great when you just want to relax in the room. When I questioned this at reception the best offer was a kettle, but no cups or coffee or tea! Also, the TV reception is terrible for non-Italian channels so if you want to keep up with the news whilst relaxing in the room (with no coffee or tea), I suggest you brush up on your Italian language skills!

В принципе все хорошо. Хорошее расположение. Но от порта все равно идти наверх по лестнице. Отличный завтрак( омлет, бекон, нарезка, овощи и выпечка) на крыше можно загорать и есть небольшой бассейн. По просьбе предоставили чайник в номер

Нет такого. Может немного дороговато, но наверное цены везде высокие в сорренто.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a great central location . Lovely room and great bathroom facilities well maintained by staff.

Cons:

Very limited breakfast room but run very efficiently by the lady in charge. When she was off however, not so good. Told they had run out of things at an early stage. It wasn't busy enough for that ro be the case. Some staff a bit indifferent but everything else really nice.

Awesome place to stay so close to the heart of Sorrento. A real Gem

We loved this Hotel so close to the Main Piazza Tasso. In the heart of Sorrento. The Staff are outstanding from first greeting to the Awesome Roof Top Bar and Pool Area. As stated by other guests Pepe is simply Fantastico. Would recommend for Sure and would stay hear again Grazie

Cons:

This is not the Hotel problem. Although an awesome location you can not drive up to the Hotel front door. When at the main square you have to walk down an alley to get into the hotel. When following Waze it will take you down a super busy road crazy traffic. So stay in the Tasso square near the flags. To drop off luggage. And the hotel has valet parking Just ask the Hotel.
