I loved the furnishings and everything was very clean and tidy.
The rooms were tiny and the bar being the front desk was a bit awkward.
Great location with easy access to trains and light rail. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Rooms are small, but have a feeling of luxury and are very quiet. Lovely bathroom.
The main light fixture in the room (807) has several broken pieces which need to be replaced.
The style and classic design was v appealling. Loved the bathroom. The bed and pillows were v comfortable
It is on the smaller side but i was given an upgrade from 13 to 19 which was much appreciated

Location is great and staff exceptional. Also nice and clean.
Walls are paper thin and rooms small as it's an old building. We were woken by our very energetic active neighbours a few times early morning...eww. Not nice at all!! Also room service missed us a couple days in a row. Staff were understanding and apologetic though.

Convenience, location was right in Sydney Darling harbor. Easy access to train and busses.

Convenient location
The cleanliness was a huge issue. There was a snot looking stain on the bathroom door. The daily cleaning didn’t include tower change. They just folded the wet towels up and pretended they were fresh ones. When we rang up to ask for fresh towels we were informed that it would take 20 minutes to send some. There was no bin liner in the room bin and toilet bin, which both looked gross inside and completely unhygienic. There was a lot of dust on many surfaces. The coffee machine was even worse, full of dust inside and out. Please have a look at the photos that I took. The cleanness of this hotel does not match with the price we pay for.
