Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant, et nous a très bien accueillis, que ce soit au bar ou au restaurant. Le buffet était appréciable pour un séjour de quelques jours. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche du métro, des restaurants et de la plage.

Cons:

À notre période, la clientèle était principalement composée de personnes âgées. La chambre était un peu sombre ; pour plus de lumière, il vaut mieux demander une chambre en étage. Il manquait un porte-bagage, et un radiateur aurait été apprécié pour plus de confort en novembre. Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour.

The staff especially Angela who spoke to me personably by name and the gentleman who greeted at breakfast smiling and friendly
The outside terrace with great views and the back exit leading to the beach making it the perfect location

Overall, a great hotel in an excellent area. Staff is phenomenal, and makes sure guests are happy. Do not forget to give Angela, the receptionist, a bonus. She goes above and beyond to help guests while staying professional. The cleaning lady was also awesome and very accommodating regarding cleaning hours.

Cons:

Dinner was unnecessary to include. Many really good, fairly priced restaurants around. Some hotel dinners during some of the nights were simply awful. Saturday dinner was the highlight (lots of seafood), but Friday and Sunday dinners it was so bad. Sometimes, not fresh onion rings, or potatoes not cooked, hard to eat (low-quality meat) and etc. Charging 5.70 euros for a small bottle of water and a glass of wine also seems unnecessary, but this is just my opinion. And, the value of what the property is was a bit too much. After the EUR to USD conversion, the night became $250 per person per night, which is a bit too much for what the property is.

Me gustó todo, el bufet no es muy grande pero tiene una gran variedad , el personal que te atiende no puedes más atento tanto en recepción como en bufet como de la limpieza , son todos majisimos !!

Pros:

Velmi dobré jídlo, až na výjimky. Pouze míchaná vajíčka se nedala jíst.

Nejlepší poloha. Kousek na vlak, na pláž i
do centra.

Cons:

Můj pokoj byl malý s výhledem do zdi.
Terasa společná s jiným pokojem.
Výtahy nejezdí, jak by měly. Přesuny z vašeho patra do restaurace nebo na recepci se mohou protáhnout, protože výtah dlouho nemusí zastavit tam, kde chcete vystoupit.
