Excellent Hotel and Location
Pros:

Excellent location access from town and also beach level. Rooms are excellent and plenty of room and excellent showers and amenities,only downside not enough coffees in room,great value for money and quality of service,nice and peaceful location but close enough to all the bars and amenities around,quick and efficient house cleaning staff, staff throughout from manager right down to cleaners make you feel like a VIP and make your stay special

Buen hotel pero con detalles a solucionar
Pros:

El hotel es bonito y el recibidor muy agradable para tomar una copa. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad. La posibilidad de retrasar el check out.

Cons:

La habitación individual era muy pequeña y la cama hacia muchísimo ruido como te movieras un poco (se meneaba para todos los lados, muy endeble)

Lo que menos me gustó: el desayuno es muy bueno como para estropearlo con un zumo de naranja y de piña TAN horroroso. No creo que esos zumos estén al nivel del resto del hotel. Me sentaron hasta mal.

Hotel muy cómodo
Pros:

Me sentí muy cómodo en todo momento; a mi habitación ni le faltaba ni le sobraba nada, y era amplia y limpia; el personal es excepcionalmente amable; y la ubicación es excelente, porque al estar a 5 minutos del centro, pero no en el núcleo, es muy tranquilo y alejado del posible bullicio.

Cons:

Supongo que era por la tarifa de esa habitación, pero claro, lógicamente me hubiera gustado tener mejores vistas y una cama doble

Krásná dovolená bez dětí
Pros:

Je zde vše, co potřebujete- pohodlná postel, čisto, přátelský personál. Z vybavení rychlovarná konvice, 2 keramické hrníčky, malá lednice, denně doplňovaná instantní káva (s i bez kofeinu), mini mlíčka, čaj. Polopenze perfektní- u snídaně drobné vychytávky- každý den sekt, automat na kávu od Lavazza blue a opravdu velký výběr jídla. U večeře každý den tematicky švédský stůl (sushi, Mexico, atd.). Pití u večeře se platí pouze kartou. Snídaňová terasa naprosto perfektní- krásný výhled na východ slunce a moře.

Great location
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it at this hotel. The location was excellent as very close to the beach, The staff were very friendly and the room was a decent size. We had a pool view from our room which was nice and clean. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food which was tasty. Cant fault the hotel as was perfect for us.
During our stay we visited a couple of good restaurants which were Patagonia Express and El Velero Playa. Also we went to a few decent pubs at night : All Blacks Irish Pub ( both sides of street), Clock Tower and Bailey Irish Bar, great drinks and atmosphere.
We walked the path to Benalmedena which took us about half hour as werent in a hurry, had a walk around the harbour area and stopped for a snack and then walked back to the hotel.
We had a great time on our first visit to Torremolinos as not too busy. Im sure in peak season it'll be a lot different.

Fenix un hôtel como paraioso

El hôtel muy centrico y muy limpio desde la entrada vas a encontrar gente en la recepcion muy amable ,
En restaurante hay un equipo fenomeno y no te dejan necisitar nada don José Miguel El maestro y tambien don Paco y don Emilio y Barbara todo l’os nombres que notado son muy muy amable y quiero decir a ellos muchas gracias por todo y nos vemos pronto en Fénix inchaalah

Das Hotel tritt als 4‑Sterne‑Haus auf, liefert aber im Alltag klar weniger. Der Rezeptionist selbst brachte es unfreiwillig auf den Punkt: „I am busy.“
Dieser Satz zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch das gesamte Haus. Service ist vorhanden, aber nicht konsistent, nicht aufmerksam und definitiv nicht auf 4‑Sterne‑Niveau.

- Zimmer sauber und modernisiert: Funktional, aber ohne Premium‑Details.

Very nice
Pros:

A great hotel and it is situated in a fantastic area for the beach, bars and restaurants which are all a short walk from the hotel. Angela on reception was very helpful to us and she couldn't do enough for us, Also Andrew who works on the bar is another great member of staff who obviously knows his job very well. The only downside for us was with it being great weather we had to have the windows open to keep the room cool and with us being at the front it was quite noisy.
Apart from that it's great 👍 the breakfast was also very good and there's lot's to choose from.

Hotel Fenix Torremolinos Malaga
Pros:

Had a wonderful 7 days at this wonderful hotel.

The staff were so helpful across the board! Would inform friends etc to give the Hotel Fenix a try.
