La ubicación es muy buena, nos dieron una habitación mejor de la que teníamos contratada por ser la primera vez que íbamos, la nuestra no tenía balcón y nos la dieron con balcón, el trato genial. Muy bueno!! Sobre todo nos gustó la atención del personal, de todos, pero en concreto de Jose Miguel, qué persona más profesional y más amable!

Cleaning of the room could have been better. We stayed 10 nights and floors under the bedside tables were covered in dust all the time. Our room was located below the food restaurant and the noice of furnitures being moved along floors could be clearly heard. The radio was too loud in the pool area. However, we recommend this well-located hotel, which has partial access to the beach area by elevator.

Quiet position close to town centre and beach. Very good breakfast, plenty of selection and friendly staff
Dinner needs looking at. Good quality food but always cold. Smaller dishescand faster turnover would be better so all the food is freshly cooked.
Stayed at this hotel for a week with a few friends, firstly the location excellent. The hotel is a little dated but I found the room to be adequate, the air-conditioning isn't that powerful but just about does the job. We were half board and breakfast and evening meal choices are well stocked and due to the hotel being quite small is rarely busy.
There are a couple of things that I would change. Around the pool it really lacks a pulse, if you like peace and quite and ambient music then you're quids in here. I felt a bit of chart music in the background would bring it to life a little. For breakfast you can get juice, water and coffees but for the evening meal water is charged for which irritated me a little.
Has a great rooftop bar, pleasant staff and we would come again.
