Bel établissement bien situé mais les chambres mériteraient d’être modernisées
Pros:

L’espèce extérieure avec le piscine et le lieu du petit déjeuner très agréable l’hôtel est bien situé avec un parking proche du centre ville

Cons:

Le lit qui est dur et petit par rapport à tous les autres établissement (King size)

Das Personal war freundlich, der Pool und die Zimmer sauber und der Parkplatz war super viel wert. Denn die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist außergewöhnlich.
Der Pool ist ganz nett, nach einem heißen Tag.

Cons:

Keine wirklichen Fenster, eher Holztüren zum Balkon. Die sind nicht ansatzweise schalldämmend. Da rächt sich die Lage, es ist echt laut, besonders morgens, wenn der Berufsverkehr erwacht. Wenn dann noch die Straßenhunde bellen, nervt es echt.
Welche der Kissen zum Schlafen benutzt werden können, weiß man nicht immer.
Die Matratze (Federkern) in Zimmer 218 hat ihre beste Zeit auch schon hinter sich...

La ubicación y atención del personal que a toda hora te asiste y no sientes que lo hacen a la "fuerza". Me la pase solicitando algunas cosas complementarias al hospedaje y rápidamente me los proporcionaron.

Pros:

Todo me gusto, realmente tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Es una excelente opción de alojamiento, cómodo, limpio y la ubicación a los atractivos turísticos es inmejorable. La atención es buena, todos muy atentos. Cuenta con una piscina bonita y servicio de desayuno a buen precio. Tiene un carácter muy tradicional, ya que es una construcción antigua con un buen mantenimiento. Muy cerca al malecón, a la estación del tren ligero, del centro histórico y los baluartes.

Sugiero mayor variedad en el desayuno.

Okay für einen stadtnahen Aufenthalt ohne große Komfortansprüche
Pros:

Altes Kolonialhaus mit Charme in toller Lage zum historischen Zentrum. Parkplätze und kleiner Pool vorhanden.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, relativ dunkel, Bett quietschte bei jeder Bewegung.

La ubicación, todo el personal muy atento, me gustó que sí cuenta con estacionamiento, aunque no aparezca dentro de los servicios
