Glad överraskning på resan!
Pros:

Rymliga rum, rent och fräscht. Bra bemötande av personal och frukostbuffé. Promenadavstånd till stadskärnan, stränder och Punta de la Piedad. Hotellet var en glad överträffade våra förväntningar och var en glad överraskning på resan. Skulle definitivt bo där igen!

Cons:

Ljudmiljön i baren vid poolen var inte optimal och möblerna kändes plastiga.

Pros:

Det var fint, rent, mycket möjligheter till att äta och dricka gott och njuta på hotellet, både till frukost och under dagen.

Cons:

Tyvärr rätt nonchalant personal. Jag jobbar själv inom service och hade jag haft den här attityden mot mina kunder på det här sättet hade jag fått flera allvarliga samtal med min chef. Många var ändå hjälpsamma och trevliga (receptionen bland annat och några enstaka i bar/restaurang) men den övergripande attityden var inte särskilt trevlig. Vi upplevde oss flera gånger vara mer till besvär.

Una muy buena base para hacer paseos a preciosos lugares cercanos

El personal fue muy atento.
El desayuno era muy variado.
La piscina era muy grande y con muchas reposeras.

Cons:

Falta una pequeña mantención en el baño: arreglar el soporte de la ducha y porta papel higiénico que estaban quebrados.
