Beds were terrible, don't recommend
Pros:

The hotel is clean, the bathrooms are newly renovated, the pool and lounging area is clean, they offer large towels for the pool and bathrooms and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was also quite good and they gave out donuts during the day which was great for the kids.

Cons:

The hotel is old and is very large, it's a maze to get to some of the rooms. The rooms looking outside are dated and stuffy, with a lot of noise in town and from the hallway, there's barely any soundproofing.

The worst part though are the beds. The large beds are two European twins put together with mattresses so thin and old they've lost their shape, if they ever had one. We asked to change rooms after seeing our beds in the first one, but unfortunately, the other room was about the same. The sofa bed was more comfortable, which is saying a lot. I'm not sure how this can be classified as a 4 star hotel, the beds are worse than those in Cuban resorts. It was disappointing to spend so much and not be able to rest.

Parking is 16 Euro daily, so we choose to park around the hotel in town, spots were hard to find as they're in high demand but there are options around the hotel.

Pros:

It was clean and the rooms were updated and good space.

Cons:

The coffee machine was horrible. It was an old machine you need filters and grinds. Seemed silly to be cheap about a coffee machine. Was very disappointing to have to go buy instant coffee!

מלון במיקום מנצח. ממש כמה דקות לכל מוקדי העניין והאטרקציות
יפה ,מרווח,חדרים מצויינים.
נקי מאוד,שרות ניקיון מצוין.
ארוחת הבוקר שיגרתית,
חבל שהמאפים לא נראים טריים בכלל בבוקר.
צוות אאא ,מועילים בכל המקומות גם בחדר הכושר המרווח מאוד,
בריכות גדולות, חדר אוכל שמשתרע לכל מיני כיוונים וזה נותן תחושת חופש אמיתית.
מכבסה.עצמית צמודה במחיר ממש סביר, פשוט נהדר.
אפשר להזמין שתיה ואוכל בתשלום ברחבי הבריכה,כולל גלידות.
משחקייה לילדים וגם לנוער בליארד.

המאפים.בארוחת הבוקר לא נראו והרגישו טריים ,זה היה מאכזב ,
המתנה ארוכה לחביתה או ביצה ,נראה שלא היו ערוכים במטבח להרבה אורחים ביוני ,מה שלא סביר בכלל

Clean accommodation at outskirts of town
Pros:

Pool was clean, if quite cold. Breakfast had the basics, cereal, eggs, cold cuts, yoghurt and sweet pastries for kids. 10 min away from old town’s nightlife.

Cons:

Note that it is a jet2holiday package tour hotel.

Pros:

Close to city center, hotel rooms are very spacious and clean, as exactly on the photos. The pool is very amazing and relaxing. Enjoyed every moment at this hotel. Only thing I regret is not spending 1 night more :)

Aldrig sett en smutsigare hotellpool. Flöt runt plast, kompresser, gamla plåster. Gick inte att bada där.

A notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise d' être surclassés dans une suite, ce fut très appréciable. Très bon accueil à la réception de Javier. Beau complexe hôtelier avec piscine et petit déjeuner complet

Petit bémol sur le lit à ressort et sur les jus d' orange non pressés alors que nous sommes entourés d' orangers. Rooftop non entretenu
