Lo quite más me gustó fue que las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado individual y hacia mucho calor así que perfecto, en el resto de las instalaciones no había.
No me gustó nada el comportamiento de los chicos que atendían los comedores, las sillas estaban sucias, había 6 mirando solo recogían platos el resto nada

The rooms, pool and facilities are really amazing
The location was a little further away from everything than what I would have liked and the breakfast was minimal and not consistent.
The pool was nice to have but that's about it.
Beds uncomfortable, pool has a weird constant loud humming, if you stay in certain bedrooms you can hear it 24-7.
It's not a four star don't be fooled. 3 star at best. Overpriced. The pool party was tragic. Foam machine didn't work. Decking all needs replacing and wasn't that clean in the rooms. Standard rooms and suites don't even come with a tea bag!! Just a kettle. Staff weren't overly friendly. Breakfast was awful. Not replenished enough and chaos

Não temos assim muito a apontar, uma ou outra coisa que poderiam melhorar demos feedback na recepção porque seria também injusto colocar aqui uma vez que no geral ficámos bastante satisfeitos.
Vimos vários comentários de pessoas que se perderam no hotel, mas não experienciámos essa dificuldade porque desde início nos explicaram perfeitamente a disposição e arquitetura do hotel, oj seja, as críticas relativamente a ser labiríntico teriam mais que ver com o arquiteto original do hotel e o sentido de orientação das pessoas do que com o serviço do hotel actual propriamente dito.
No geral, gostámos muito da experiência, sentimo-nos bem recebidos e foi uma estadia relaxante.
Clean, good location. Nice apartment
Pool has a drop from 4foot to 9foot with only a black one on floor of pool as warning as we don’t walk looking down at our feet very easy to miss. My sister was walking holding her one year old and my 4 year old and didn’t notice line and walked right into it and only baby had live vest on and someone beside her grabbed her before her head went under water it would have been much worse. There should be some kind of rail or better warnings for people who can’t swim. And no lifeguard at pool to keep eye

De kamers werden niet altijd grondig gekuist, wel steeds nieuwe handdoeken.

La limpieza del hotel es.pesimo
La piscine est très bien au centre du complexe. Le personnel de l'accueil très serviable. L'appartement comporte une bouilloire et un petit frigo. La salle de bain récente.
La chambre donne sur le couloir extérieur dont la lumière reste allumée toute la nuit et chaque porte qui se ferme fait un bruit affreux ce qui est dérangeant pour dormir. En plus, 4 garçons dans la chambre à côté ont fait la fête, fumé de la drogue , crié, couru dans les couloirs et claqué les portes durant 2 nuits. Je pense que le personnel n'a rien remarqué car personne ne faisait de ronde de ce côté-ci du bâtiment, qui se trouve à l'opposé du restaurant et de la réception.
De plus, la ventilation sur le toit fait un bruit affreux toute la nuit. Impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes.
