Quinta Splendida Wellness & Botanical Garden offers stunning Atlantic Ocean views and boasts one of the largest spas in Madeira. Guests can unwind in the indoor pool or indulge in treatments at the 10 spacious treatment rooms.

Please note that when booking Half-Board supplements during Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Festa da Flor (Madeira Flower Festival), guests must pay an added fee for a Gala Dinner or Special Dinner.

Quinta Splendida Wellness & Botanical Garden will contact guests with further information. For guests booking Double or Twin Rooms, Studios and Apartments, please note that the spa is not included in the room rates and has an extra cost of EUR 35,00 per day.

Please also note that guests below 16 years old are not allowed to use the Spa. Please note that the Suite with Spa Access cannot accommodate extra beds.

Massages and holistic therapies are available at the Spa center and the indoor heated pool is included in the spa entrance fee during our Spa center opening hours. The outdoor pool water is at ambient temperature.

The Spa entrance Fee includes the free use of the Spa facilities : bathrobe, slippers, towels, locker, tea, water, indoor pool, ice fountain, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, sensation shower, relaxation area and fitness room table tennis, outdoor swimming pool, deck chairs and umbrellas. Treatments are not included.

Ein Traumhotel in Traumlage .
Pros:

Ein wunderschöner Ort in mitten von einem botanischen Garten , unglaublich friedlich und fast mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben . Tolle Zimmer mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf grün und Meer . Wir hatten eine tolle großzügige Suite mit integrierten Spa Zugang . Der Spa auch unglaublich schön . Abgerundet wurde das ganze mit einem Mega a la Carte Frühstück . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Tage genossen . Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und unglaublich sprachgewandt.

Pros:

A estadia no Quinta Splendida Wellness & Botanical Garden foi fantástica. Já é a terceira vez que aqui ficamos — inclusive celebrámos o nosso casamento neste local em 2015 — o que diz tudo sobre o quanto gostamos deste espaço.

O ambiente é muito tranquilo, com jardins lindíssimos e bem cuidados. Ficámos numa suíte, que estava impecável — muito confortável, limpa e com uma ótima vista. Pequeno-almoço variado e de qualidade, e staff sempre muito simpático e disponível.

Cons:

Nada a apontar !

Tolle Lage und super Blick! Ausgezeichneter Garten, schöner als der Botanische Garten! Frühstück hervorragend, Service sehr hilfsbereit. Suit ist sehr groß, es gibt zwei neuere Sessel. Wasser wird zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Zimmer sind stark abgewohnt und Badarmaturen defekt, Badewanne lies sich nicht füllen, Möbel mit unschönen defekten Ecken, Oberflächen. Bei 692 EUR für zwei Nächte viel zu teuer in 03-2026.

Heerlijk verblijf in fantastische botanische tuin met zwembad.
Pros:

Mooi resort met geweldige botanische tuin. Appartement was zeer ruim met ook nog buitenruimte met zitje en strandstoelen. Heerlijk bed, groot en goed matras. Zwembad en wellness, diverse restaurants op het terrein met uitgebreid menu. A la carte of buffet. Ontbijtbuffet zeer veel keus. Vriendelijke professionele bediening.

Cons:

De inrichting van de appartementen is wat gedateerd, maar het functioneert allemaal naar behoren. Parkeren is wel een dingetje; kleine plekken, lastig inparkeren. Wel hulp aanwezig van personeel voor aanwijzingen.

Herrliche Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr schöner, grosser Garten mit einer traumhaften Vielfalt an Pflanzen. Die Zimmer/Bungalows sind unauffällig in den Garten integriert.
Super schöne Anlage.

Cons:

Beim Abendbuffet hätte es nach unserem Geschmack noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Le jardin est magnifique et le spa agréable

Le rapport qualité prix est mauvais !
Les chambres sont vieillottes et sont dans leur jus. La salle de bain est plus que sommaire, la douche est vieille, rouillée et les joints sont sales. Certains employés ne sont pas très agréable. La literie est peu confortable. La nourriture également décevante à coté des prix pratiqués. Déçus de ce dernier hôtel qui était bien plus cher que les autres.

Romântica e relaxante.
Pros:

Desde o quarto magnífico, espaços e jardim lindíssimos até à amabilidade de todo o staff, viemos desfrutar da nossa lua de mel e posso dizer que só levamos boas recordações. Acrescento que a nossa experiência no Spa e restaurante foi também 5 estrelas!

A beautiful place serving excellent food with fresh ingredients from their own garden

Beautiful gardens, very peaceful, easy transport to Funchal, very helpful staff, excellent food. The diner in La Perla was outstanding. A great pity it didn’t attract more customers.
