Buffet style continental breakfast and made to order options available. I did receive a complimentary drink voucher but I didn’t use it.

Everything suited our needs.

The hotel was clean.

Quick overnight trip. I like this hotel, even though a little more costly than others in the area, the made to order omelettes/pancakes/waffles along with bacon and sausage and the buffet can't be beat!! I will see you again :-)

Old and rundown needs to be updated for the Price air conditioning wasn’t working in the room had to call maintenance to fix the air conditioner in the room

I called earlier in the day to inform the hotel we would be arriving later in the evening for a reservation we made back in July. Was told, thank you, appreciate the call and we will not give your room away. Upon arriving at 11pm, not only was our room given away, they did not have any more double rooms available. They only had 2 king rooms available and neither were cleaned. We had to wait for them to clean a room and then a family of 4 had to cram into a king bed and a pull out bed, which we all know how comfy a bar in the middle of your back is all night. There was mold in the shower, the carpet was beyond dirty and for the price, it was unacceptable. Finally by midnight we were able to get into our room, there was no offer of we will not charge you for cancelling, pretty much you have to wait. I was intending to stay another evening however, I found a better hotel for half the price across the river and moved my there. I was very disappointed in the service and the hotel overall. Definitely in need of a makeover!

I would come back, but they need to clean the hotel thoroughly. The carpets were stained , I'm pretty sure I saw black mold in my bathroom on the second day I was there, and some counter surfaces were just grimy. My keys never worked for the pool the whole 3 days I was there and they must have remade my keys at least six times. They kept saying they would reprogram the pool door but they never did.
There was some kind of police convention, many of whom were drunk and singing and chanting until at least 1:00 a.m. in the morning in the main seating area of the hotel that all of the rooms face.
Just do a better job of cleaning and I will be back.

Staff were quick to take care of issues as they arose. Tv was damaged prior to my arrival and not needed during my stay but the front desk was quick to make note to fix for next guest

Property is well-maintained, comfortable with ample amenities and staff is professional and courteous.

The pricing is on the higher side $375 for one night.

Comfortable bedding, clean room and bathroom, friendly and efficient staff.

We were in town for our granddaughters wedding .

Everything was great besides our neighbors that kept calling for loud music when we were only listening to the tv

The room was ok, not great. The pillows are very musty/old smelling but we always bring our own so that was ok. The bed was soft/good. The room was very "stuffy" - no air movement. Need a vent in the bathroom and a fan/movement in the room. The room was basically clean/ok. Need to wash the windows. Breakfast was ok... buffet seemed kind of yuck ..... BUT the guy making the pancakes/ omelets etc. was fantastic. You need to make breakfast last til 10 on a holiday, regardless of the day of the week. And last... you have NO REASON to be asking people to pay for parking. That's nuts. I paid more than enough for the room to be nit-picked for parking. The location is fantastic though.

Overall was a great stay. The ice machines on many floors not working. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I would stay again.

Pleasant atmosphere and relaxing

Lack of communication, I was charged 3 times(still waiting for a response, as I was unable to speak with someone on the phone), i couldn't get into my room for over an hour, they figured out the battery was dead on the door after me trying to explain what was happening multiple times, changed my room and I was able to get in, but the room had dirty carpets and stains on the floor. When going to the cafe, there was noone to greet us, the bartender was gone for over 20 minutes, when she did return and I tried to order something off the drink menu, she stated, "I don't know why we have this menu, we don't have half of what's on it".

What i didnt like is your price was higher than hotels price u cant advertise what u see is what you pay i checked in and got double charged for the the room and take 5 to 7 days to get money back air conditioning didnt work very good shower had mold in it table was falling apart staff was really nice 12.00 fee for parking at a hotel that u rented it was a joke i am not hard person to please but it was horrible your service is a joke

The made to order breakfast and buffet were awesome
