Todo. Desde la llegada. Nos atendio Lupe y nos explico que hacer, como y nos explico a que lugares ir a visitar. La habitacion era muy linda y el desayundo muy competo. En sintesis...volveria sin dudarlo.

Camas muito bom

Cons:

Havia baratas. O elevador não estava a funcionar. O ar condicionado edtava a pingar e o quarto poderia ser mais acolhedor. O parque de estacionamento foi caro.

Em primeiro lugar - Achei muito chato, que cobram por lanche para passeio, mesmo que seja antes do horário do café e também se o seu voo for antes das 7h, seria cobrado o cafe, mesmo que você não tomou, embora estivesse incluído, no valor da diária.
Pagar por algo que não fiz

Em 2o. lugar o mais grave - Houve um roubo , no apartamento de um dos hóspedes, levaram dinheiro e casaco (grande)
Quando o hóspede foi falar com a gerente do hotel, obteve a resposta de que os funcionário são de confiança e nada podiam fazer, em momento algum ofereçam ajuda para a família, foram fazer o Boletim de Ocorrência, e ficaram , praticamente o dia todo lá
Tudo isso, foi narra pelo hóspede, sei que não dá para saber o que, aconteceu, mas nunca, nunca, a gerente podia dar uma resposta dessa,
Creio que o hotel, tenha um sistema de segurança, com câmeras, no elevador e/ou halls, pois poderiam ver quem saíria com um casaco grande
Acehi lamentável, por isso não indico esse hotel para ninguém

Pros:

la habitación bonita, cama y almohada muy comodas y sobretodo un hotel tranquilo sin ruidos donde poder descansar. Nos gustó mucho las zonas comunes de la entrada.

Cons:

Todo me pareció genial, por sacarle algo...el lavabo es bastante bajo. Pero eso ya es segun gustos.

Pros:

So, it is a 3 star hotel just because it's in an old building with old architecture and material. Because it has pretty much everything you need. It had a fridge, space, closet, good bathroom, the bed was very comfy, good cover for light, enough light in the room and a BIG BIG plus is the breakfast. For such a small place, it's absolutely fulfilling! The staff was also very proactive and nice.
