It was very nice,we loved everything about it.
I did think we had free breakfast but we didn't, but no big deal,we still enjoyed our stay.

We were woke up at 3:20am to fire alarms going off and fire department keeping is outside until facility was searched. The alarms went off due to a faulty fire alarm system they they were already aware of and admitted they neglected to fix. We were charged normal pricing but literally could not sleep in our rooms until about 5:00am

The pet fee is ridiculous: my dog is about 15lb so $5/ lb for an overnight stay. Also, the pet fees are NOT advertised nor were they "visible" to me when I booked the room. So -- an unpleasant surprise, and an additional (roughly) 50% increase to my room cost
Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable
Bathroom was small and crowded even for two people.
Staff were lovely and supportive
The staff was exellent. We noaticed a problem that would have impacted negatively on our stay, reported it to the desk, and had immediate, corrective attention paid to it. The two employeeds on duty the afternoon/evening we arrived were absolutely exceptional in the attention they gave our issue.
We had a very disappointing experience at this property, primarily due to an interaction with a front desk employee, Scarlett. Upon arrival, our digital key did not work—an issue we’ve encountered here before. After parking and unloading our belongings, we had to repack and drive to the main entrance to get a physical key, which was frustrating after a long trip.
We were traveling with a service animal, which was properly declared on our reservation. At check-in, we were asked about the dog’s status and clearly explained that it is a service animal. We even offered to provide documentation, though none was requested at the time.
At checkout, we discovered a $75 pet fee had been added to our bill. We contacted the hotel to resolve the issue and asked to speak with a manager, but our calls were not returned. Despite again offering to provide documentation, the hotel refused to remove the charge and insisted on keeping the fee.
As a frequent business traveler and Diamond member, this level of service was very disappointing. The lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to address a legitimate concern felt unprofessional and discouraging. Unfortunately, we will not return and cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience.
Was accused of smoking in my room & charged an extra $250. NO proof but this random picture of a cigarette in a coffee lid! I don't smoke!! And the manager was a total dick!

Staff was kind and helpful
Two different staff members informed me I had a $20 daily credit for food/beverages, yet come to find out at check-out I did not with my Hilton status. I ran up almost $100 of food at the property thinking it was covered and it was NOT! I would have gone out and eaten other places. I respectfully requested a refund as I was misinformed not by one staff member, BUT TWO, and was told no. The rest of the stay was good, but this left a bad taste in my mouth.
