Staff was kind and helpful

Cons:

Two different staff members informed me I had a $20 daily credit for food/beverages, yet come to find out at check-out I did not with my Hilton status. I ran up almost $100 of food at the property thinking it was covered and it was NOT! I would have gone out and eaten other places. I respectfully requested a refund as I was misinformed not by one staff member, BUT TWO, and was told no. The rest of the stay was good, but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Disappointed!
Pros:

The dog fee was 75.00. The area to potty the dog had poop that wasn’t cleaned up.
2 small bottles of water were on the counter in our room cost 2.50 each.
Breakfast cost us 15.00 dollars each. Eggs and potatoes were cold.
We won’t be staying there again.

Comfortable, friendly place!
Pros:

Friendly man at check in. Other staff I ran into were friendly also. Thankful they are cat friendly. Appreciated the heated gazebo for smoking area.

Cons:

Couldn't connect to wifi, but front desk fixed it for me.

Rooms were clean, dining area not so much. The staff seemed miserable and unfriendly.

The breakfast was underwhelming, especially for the price.

Cons:

The breakfast was very underwhelming. We had a price given to us through Booking.com but then our final price at checkout was nearly $100 more because of a hidden "pet fee" and various taxes, fees. I wish the fees were more transparently announced at the time of booking.
