Hotel de referencia para negocios en Madrid.
Pros:

El hall del hotel, con bar y terraza para cenar, así como un buen desayuno y personal muy competente. Plantas naturales con muy buen criterio.
Habitación amplia y cama XXL.
Ascensor rápido y abierto para personas con claustrofobia.

Cons:

La bañera de hidromasaje es flojita.

No se podía regular la temperatura de la habitación. Había sido un día de calor siendo invierno y no podía ponerse el frío para bajar la temperatura. Se ve que lo tienen programado

solo repsonden hasat que pagas, una vez pagas, no te repsonden mas y le sestoy reclamando la factura que la hicieron mal, con los datos erroneos desde que me alojé ahi

Avoid this hotel.
Pros:

Hotel location is a trap if you want to visit Madrid. Hotel advertises even they are near the bernabeu stadium but it is 30 min by car + traffic jam(guaranteed). Room is horrible for the price you pay. Reception mister named Angel is even very arrogant too 🙄 If you can avoid this hotel!
