La bañera hidromasaje
Nos gustó todo. De hecho repetimos y seguiremos repetiendo. Se ha convertido en nuestro hotel favorito de Madrid. El personal es amabilísimo, la limpieza genial, la cama estupenda, y las instalaciones están en un estado excelente. Gracias a todo el personal por sus atenciones y amabilidad.
No hubo nada que no nos gustara.
Beim Frühstück wurde auch an Vegetarier gedacht, es gab auch echte Säfte, Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck.
Frühstücksbuffet leider nur gekochte kalte Eier, Eierbecher haben wir vergeblich gesucht.
Das Zimmer war gut angedacht, in der Ausführung und Wartung jedoch ungenügend. Es bezieht sich auf die Nacht. Durchgängig knarrender Fußboden, knarrende Türen vom Schrank und knackene Scharniere an der Badtür. Eine Deckenlampe im Bad hing trotzlos herunter. Keine Beleuchtung im Bereich Tresor und Klimaanlage. Das Husarenstück ist die Jalousie, die zwischen 2 Scheiben das Bad vom Schlafbereich trennt. Die Lamellen wurden falsch herum eingebaut, so das man Abend vom Bett aus alle Vorgänge im Bad ungehindert sehen konnte. Gleichzeitig kann man nachts auch kein Licht im Bad anmachen, da ansonsten der Schlafbereich voll ausgeleuchtet gewesen wäre. Netter Gedanke, unüberlegte Umsetzung. Das Bett besteht aus einer großen Matratze, die jedoch so weich war, das man jede Bewegung des Anderen in der Nacht mitbekommen hat. Bei der aufgesetzte Platte an der Zimmertür von außen fehlt der Umleimer. So kann man sehen, das es sich nur um eine Pressspanplatte handelt. Auch lässt die Trittschalldämmung im darüberliegendem Zimmer stark zu wünschen übrig.
