En general la calidad y el trato del personal, el desayuno excelente.

Cons:

Pregunté al teléfono de atención al cliente antes de hacer la reserva, si había la posibilidad de llegar al hotel con un vehículo sin distintivo medioambiental, me dijeron que sin problema, y ahora tengo una multa por acceso en zona de bajas emisiones. Simplemente si no lo sabían, debían simplemente decirlo. Si lo sabían, es bastante irresponsable por parte de la persona que me atendió, y tras hacer la consulta me dijo que sin problema.
Tirar a la basura tanto trabajo bien hecho por el personal del hotel por la negligencia de unos pocos y la poca vergüenza del ayuntamiento de Madrid.
