Personal de recepción fue muy agradable y me sorprendió gratamente con su comprensión de nuestras necesidades por ofrecer todo lo requerido para nuestra perrita. Senti algo que era cercano a la empatía auténtica! Eso nunca jamás experimenté en ningún otro hotel! El caballero de la cafetería/bar que me atendió durante la cena me atendió con tal profesionalidad y cordialidad que me hizo sentir muy valorado no solo como un cliente sino como una persona. El desayuno también superó mis expectativas! Los administradores del hotel pueden estar muy orgullosos de contar con la gente que tiene!

i ask for the invoice, the staff said ask booking, now i request the invoice in booking, no one reply.
Localização, estado geral do hotel e do quarto. Nomeadamente a fechadura da porta do quarto deficiente, com aspecto de ter sido forçada/arrombada, aspecto gasto e usado do quarto. Mas eu vinha de um NH Collection no dia anterior, portanto foi desapontante...
NH Las Tablas is a well-located hotel offering fair value for money. The staff were especially welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, with excellent service from the reception team, the restaurant staff, and even the maintenance team. Their friendliness and professionalism made the experience particularly pleasant.
