Pros:

We were not offered breakfast. The location when we came in on a Saturday evening was loud partying and an unsafe feeling to leave to obtain dinner.

Would rebook every time we’re in Savannah
Pros:

Location, walking distance to all activities and restaurants
Our room overlooked the river and it was amazing to watch the huge ocean going cargo ships
Parking valet services east, very friendly , helpful and prompt

Cons:

Loud, late night neighbors and sometimes loud late night revealers in the street
Our last night included a fire alarm at 3:00 am that was shut off after a few minutes and the morning brought no water and elevators out, but all went back to normal before we checked out

We were pleased with our stay. We feel we got our money’s worth and would stay there again
Pros:

It was very conveniently located. The staff was amazing. Front desk went above and beyond. Bartender was great (we enjoyed happy hour twice.) It was very reasonably priced. Housekeeping did an amazing job and the room was very clean.

Cons:

Our door wasn’t sealed. Could see the light into the hallway. There are no full length mirrors and there are no mirrors in the main room (only the bathroom.) Towels were quite old and scratchy. When we were there, the pool was closed, but it was early in the season, so we understand-but it was a reason we chose this property, so it was disappointing.

Didn’t get our King room that we paid for, didn’t care for the “no on site parking”, hotel wasn’t the cleanest-room need

Convenient to downtown area

Cons:

We booked a King room-was given 2 queen beds, transferred us to “King” room only to find out it was another double queen room, transferred us to third “suite “ for all our troubles, only to be placed in yet another queen room with one small bed.
