I'll book elsewhere on my next trip.

It is in walking distance of many good things to see/do

Cons:

Arrived with 2 people ahead of us waiting for valet parking (which is a requirement at $40) and one employee handling all of it.
Management needs to recognize when people need backup and make it happen.
A manager had their car backed in and parked in the pull through area which made it tight to get through there. Park in a regular spot. You're not special. When it was questioned, the valet person responded with an attitude.
Checked in and the key card didn't work. Went back down stairs to find 8 people in line waiting to check in. Again, provide backup when things get like this. Had to wait in all of that to find out that the person simply wrote the wrong room number on the card.....
Given what these rooms cost, it's ridiculous that the TV in the room isn't a smart TV. Time for an upgrade.
