Was comfortable and convenient to our purpose in savannah.
Had a 2 night charge for valet parking and only stayed 1 night. The 2nd night charge was refunded when asked.
I cannot get ahold of anyone for my invoice that I need for work. They said they sent it to my email when I checked out and I never got it. I have tried calling and emailing since with no answer.
The room and location were perfect and within walking distance of the bay.

Staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to any concersn. Initially, stayed in room 318, which was much smaller than avertised. Bed was right by the door, about 18" of space around the bed. Would have been ok for 1 guest, but too small for 2. Asked to be relocated to a normal room after first night, the staff made arrangements to make that happen.
Avoid rooms 18, 02 and 04 on any floor.

Air conditioning at the hotel and in the room was very cold. Tried adjusting the temp in the room to a higher temp but didn’t seem to matter. Ended up shutting it off and only turned it on periodically to cool the room a little. It was not stifling hot and humid outside. It was beautiful spring weather.
Didn’t like paying $45 a day to park.
Randy was the best valet driver I have encountered. Courtesy, professional and always quick and willing to make anything happen.
Jamorie helped with valet very well. The hotel experience was great and his friendly face greeting us at the door greatly enhanced our experience

Great locations!! We called ahead for honeymoon annotations and the night person said she would pass the information to her manager but we never saw anything.. other than that, it's been great. Breakfast is delicious. You will have to pay for valet or you will have to pay for public parking, but either way it goes you will have to pay for parking. .. it's high dollar! Amenities were basic, little outdated look to the hotel in general. to be in a busy part of town, no problem with noise at all.
