It was ok once we got a new room

The first room we got was filthy!!!! Dirt and crumbs all over the floor and carpets, wallpaper peeling off with mold under it, mold in the shower, dirty doors, dirty walls.

Colazione scadente come in tutta la catena Hampton, staff reception che ha incasinato tutta la situazione, meglio non parlare, costo alto per essere a Staten Island nonostante fosse Natale non giustificato per la struttura

The location of the hotel was convenient for long travel from out of state.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the handicap room was in close proximity to everything on the main floor. The room was very large to accommodate a wheel chair.
