Pros:

The breakfast was OK

Cons:

The staff took 105$ as a deposit from my visa card and I didn’t receive it back until now, it is not written in the booking they take deposit.

Overall a great stay
Pros:

The breakfast was great, just crowded, at waffle station.

The carpet in hallways and especially at elevators really needs to be cleaned or even replaced. I was on the 3rd floor and there were crumbs, debris just as you get off the elevator. I brought it to the attention at front desk but it wasn’t cleaned while I was there.

Staff is polite and conscientious.

Cons:

The bathroom has two shower stalls, one for normal guest and the other for disabled guest. configure with two shower heads. It is confusing and the guests do not know how to use them. The drain in the normal stall did not work and guests had to use the stall for disabled customer. The staff offer to change room but we decided that it is too much work for a two night stay and just compromise by using the disable stall to shower. It is uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Cons:

they have bad room service, and the breakfast space was quite dirty, we had been in other Hampton Inn and it was much cleaner, it is a pitty, this is something that can improve easily
