Pros:

Large and spacious room. Well located in Staten Island

Cons:

The rooms faced the road and we had trouble sleeping because of the noise. The water flow was weak. The doors were very noisy and difficult to open. The hotel needs renovation.

I enjoyed my stay and definitely plan to stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! A great incentive. The guest room was a great! The microwave and refrigerator are great to have in the room. Saves money instead of eating out every day. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect!

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't necessarily "like" was the slowness of the elevators, but there were a lot of guests at the time, so it is understandable.

Great family stay
Pros:

It has parking.... family friendly, room was clean, good breakfast(was included). Attentive front desk. Something that I like during breakfast was the option of tea( tea bags variety), that was something I wasn't expecting at all. Our stay was comfortable.

Cons:

Well, there should be an area for smoking people i gues., Our family has some respiratory problems and some people were smoking beside the door entrance and anybody getting to the lobby can breath all that smoke.

Very Happy with my stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. The food at breakfast was excellent, especially the bacon, and a variety was provided every day.

Cons:

The location is a bit off the beaten path. Not many choices for restaurants nearby other than at the adjacent Hilton (but I had to say both times I had dinner there the food was quite good, better than I expected).

Dat deuren zo hard dicht klappen, je schrikt wakker van mensen die vroeg in de ochtend vertrekken
