Hôtel minable. Insalubre. Portes défoncées, on se demande comment tient le rideau de douche. Pas d’évacuation de la douche, donc les pieds dans l’eau avec une douche sale. Petit déjeuner anecdotique. Quartier limite. Je ne comprends pas comment on peut encore louer des chambres comme cela. Très déçue. Je ne recommande pas c’est limite dangereux.

Bathroom light fixture was hanging by wires, so I put it back myself.
No waste baskets in room.

Very out dated. Not really taken care of. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in at one point and not fixed.
There was one security lock on my door and it did not latch unless you lifted the door when closing.
Every sound of the night outside sounded like it was in my room. Which doesn’t help with the drunk and drugged out “residents” of the hotel are yelling until 4 am.
When I first arrived, I used the toilet. The seat was broken and almost through me off. Decided to take a shower prior to meeting friends out and the noise was so loud from out side I thought my windows were open. They weren’t, but I discovered that they did not have locks on them at all and could easily be opened.
So, when I left to go out, I took everything with me as I do not think it would be there when I came back.
The swimming pool advertised is empty and looks like a pit of trash.
Needless to say. I went back to Wyoming early. Left after departing from my friends in Downtown Denver.

All in all, the budget inn fits it's name but conveniently located near everything.
Pros:

The front desk and staff. Very welcoming. The location was near all of the places I wanted to visit.

Cons:

The door chain was broken off. There were a pair of fake eye lashes stuck to the lamp shade, the room needs to be updated. There was an office chair but no desk. The internet was fair.

How close is was to the city.

Cons:

The place looked unsafe with broken power points. The room wasn't clean, the floors were dirty, The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The laundry was dirty and only 1 machine worked. The breakfast room was average, the breakfast time was 6am to 9am. The cleaners came in and started packing up the breakfast at 8.30am and didn't give any warning that they were doing it.
