Treated like a nuisance most of the time

Only the location and how everything looks nice

Cons:

some of the hotel staff looks at me like a am a nuisance and they don't want me there when I am a paying customer . they should really have better signage about their "rules" and should let booking websites know that not all rooms include breakfast even though it says on the website breakfast included cause if it isn't included like it says it is it's 10.00 per person per night

Pros:

How easy and close it was to the highway

Cons:

Smelled awful like smoke, poor lightning, door fit poorly so noise dust light and wind came in, only had a sheet and no blanket was freezing all night, filthy bathroom, horrible moldy smell coming from shower.

After working 12 hours straight and Having to put up with rude people at the front desk customer service is terrible they cancel my reservation because I wouldn't give a $50 cash incidental which I never had to put it down for and having so call manager soon that I didn't have money because I didn't want to give her my debit card or cash what do you make sense because my room was already paid for and never had to do any of that all I had to do is show my ID and give him my reservation number and I received my room key and that was it top of that trying to figure out where I'm going to stay because to cancel my reservation now still working 12 hours and still haven't heard back from nobody after everything is already paid in advance on top of that it was cold that night and the buses stop running and the money that I paid for my hotel wasn't put back on my card right away worst experience ever at that place for the first time all because of one person wanted to be judgmental and assume I didn't have money which I work everyday
