pool was very nice. Breakfast was good. Clrean room.

Cons:

The shuttle we were promised never arrived and we had to rent a car a day early @ $63.14. Asked for reimbursement; said they would do it but manger would have to approve. She was not in. Not in the next 3 days. Kept calling--either no answer, in a meeting, not in, voicemail full.
