Overall very happy with the stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, room was huge and comfortable but had some maintenance issues with floor tiles being broken/not fastened in the bathroom. Very close to the light rail station and Mall of America. Great shuttle service. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

To have the floor tiles in the bathroom fixed properly.

Please don’t waste your money. They do not treat you well.
Pros:

We did not like the property.

Cons:

No place to park. The staff was rude. Not all of them, just the lady we dealt with in the morning.

Great room; restful stay
Pros:

Waffles smelled wonderful and were very popular with the breakfast crowd.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced or tightened. There was a big ripple that is a hazard.

An adequate stay in a great location.
Pros:

Location to the airport and to my daily travel needs. Quiet and clean room.

Cons:

The dining area! Most of the upholstery needs cleaning and or replacement. I had breakfast around 7:00 AM all four mornings. Two mornings I had to ask the front desk to empty both trash cans in the serving area as they were over flowing with garbage. One morning the decaf coffee was lukewarm - pretty sure it was left over from the previous evening. One morning there were only three forks available and two oranges in the bowl. Again, had to tell front desk about the shortage. I would recommend adding Greek yogurt to the yogurt selection and a heartier whole grain bread to the bread choices. Also, do the butter pads really need to be refrigerated?

This is out of your control but I did have to change rooms due to water dripping out of the bathroom light fixture in my room. It was a smooth transition - just disruptive.
