Pros:

Staff were friendly and very helpful.Beds linen clean and comfortable.Breakfast was also great.Ontime Shuttles to and from Mall of America

Cons:

Shuttle should wait atleast 5mins extra at Moa.Especially it was too cold to be standing outside Moa.

Great Stay!
Pros:

We loved the spacious room for 4 adults! Was a double queen suite! Breakfast was good and lots of options.

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like was the parking is limited and there is no hot tub.

Nice clean hotel, close to MSP but very quiet. Hotel across parking lot has bar and some food.
Pros:

Close to airport with free shuttle. Very clean hotel.
2QB room was very large as well as the BR. Quiet and beds are comfortable.
Alot of selections for breakfast.

Cons:

The room TV did not carry the NFL playoff game ... only the TV in the lobby did ( was told that the room and lobby TV providers were different companies!?!) The lobby seating area was frigid in Jan ( granted it was -14 outside !).

Exceeded expectations for a last minute stay
Pros:

Lady at front desk was friendly and informative. Maybe by her a heater. Not charging to park is a bonus

I am not sure if I will ever use Booking.com again.

I was not able to park there during my trip. When I booked with Booking I was told that I could park there during my trip. It was the reason for this stay. I had to book parking with Park and Go for another $75.00. I feel like I was mislead.

Pros:

That it included free airport shuttle. So convenient since my sister was leaving and she was able to take that instead of us having to wake up early and drop her off.
