Pros:

I was informed that the reservation did not include Parking and Shuttle to the Airport which was clearly stated that it did in my reservation.
The receptionist said their parking was full and gave me contact info for a Park and ride.
It cost me an additional $132.00
To park there. I would like a refund for parking off site.

Evening desk attendant could care less if I was there or not.. To get her out of her chair to get me a menu for a carryout upset her.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.Beds linen clean and comfortable.Breakfast was also great.Ontime Shuttles to and from Mall of America

Cons:

Shuttle should wait atleast 5mins extra at Moa.Especially it was too cold to be standing outside Moa.

Great Stay!
Pros:

We loved the spacious room for 4 adults! Was a double queen suite! Breakfast was good and lots of options.

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like was the parking is limited and there is no hot tub.

The free airport shuttle runs every half an hour an only has 11 spaces so at rush hour you might not get a spot.
