Pros:

The room size and the breakfast.

Cons:

When I checked in they were attempting to charge me more than my booked stay and also charge me parking. Thankfully I had my confirmation with the price and the complementary parking info. Also they don’t service rooms but every other day if you are there longer than one night. They also charge a $50/night hold, which is not informed anywhere until in person. The night before check we asked about a late check out. They advised we could do 12 or 1pm. We opted for 1pm. The next day we ended up checking out at 11:39am with the front desk. But I was charged a 46.75 late departure fee. When I called to ask about it they said it’s for any departure past 12pm. Which 1. Was not informed over the phone when requesting the late check out and 2. I advised we checked out at 11:39am and the rep asked if I checked out with front desk. Thankfully I had my print out which had the time stamp. One of the beds in the room had a broken box spring and the pullout was dented badly.

We would like a return on our money for the third night we paid for but did not stay due to the above situation
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Very noisy and lots of door slamming. Halls smelled like pot. Pillows and bed uncomfortable. No place to hang your clothes. Police officers in 2 cars showed up our second night in our hall. Not sure what was going on but I did not like it. A man my husband met outside the front door said tomorrow night things were going to go down and there would be many more cops
We did not stay there our third night due to this

Good place close to the airport and the mall
Pros:

Spacious and clean. I was surprised at how silent it was. When we got out we realize it is right in direction of the aircraft’s runway, and aircraft’s were noisy, but from inside you couldn’t really tell!

Cons:

I wrote every day for a month to ask if there was a shuttle. They never answered. When we arrived I called but I didn’t understand the instructions from the phone, so we took a taxi. It was late night, after midnight. On the next day we saw there is a website where you can book the shuttle. It would have been nice to know!
