A localização do hotel, central, perto de pontos turísticos de metro e comboio

Cons:

O quarto é mais pequeno do que aparenta nas fotos, vista para o pátio interior do hotel. Limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, tive lixo no quarto durante a estadia de 3 dias. Empregados arrogantes e antipaticos. Por 300€ a noite o pequeno almoço também deixa a desejar

Perfect for a family

Really good enjoyable stay, highly recommend hotel
Pros:

Great central location, staff friendly and helpful, great breakfast. Meals in restaurant very good.
Rooms clean, roomy with comfortable bed and good facilities.
Really good would stay again.

Cons:

Had tempermental shower which wasnt easy to figure out, got drenched trying to suss it out.

Very pleasent accomodation in London
Pros:

Localization of the hotel in London is very good. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Staff friendly.

Cons:

We missed toilet brush in our room (Nr. 725). Organisation around the breakfast was a bit chaotic. There was a row of people waiting for a breakfast every morning cause there was not enoug space for everybody. We weren´t angry, but some people were.

Spa area being refurbished which wasn’t communicated prior to stay. Gym is ok but a bit tired.

Pros:

Шикарное местоположение, уютный номер, возможность подключить телефон к телевизору. Завтрак предупреждают о времени “busy”, поэтому нам было комфортно приходить к 6:30 когда народу было мало. Вкусный завтрак.
