Comfortable room in a great location for a city break
Pros:

Location was very good. Hotel was clean. Room was a good size. Staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Internal room was quite dark and could never tell what the weather was outside🤣

Pros:

Nice clean room. Location great for the eye, big ben, hop on bus, The tube etc. All that you need for a few days in London.

Cons:

Found grabbing a coffee or drink in the cafe on the ground floor difficult. Staff were not very accomodating, was very slow and confusing how to even order or if you wanted to pay. Sometimes no one even behind bar. Concierge wasnt overly friendly. Think staff hospitality could definitely be reviewed in all areas.

Pros:

Hotelli vahetus läheduses on hea transpordisõlm (bussid, metroo) samuti kauplused M&S ja söögikohti kohvikuid/baare ja muidugi vaatamisväärsused. Hotell oli vaikne. Voodi mugav ning tuba avar.

Cons:

Hommikusöögi korraldus vajaks veidi paremat lahendust. Kuna külastasime Londonit nädalavahetusel, pidime hommikusöögilauda ootama järjekorras. Õnneks liikus järjekord kiiresti, kuid oli selgelt näha, et restorani ala jääb liiga väikeseks olukorras, kus suurem osa hotellitubadest on välja müüdud.

Soovitusena võiks restorani juhtkond kaaluda vastuvõtu korrusel asuva kohviku/baari kasutamist lisapindadena hommikusöögi ajal.

2nd time for us at this hotel. Much recommended
Pros:

Excellent location, great breakfast. Very comfortable for a family (we were there with 2 young kids for 7 nights).

Cons:

The elevators are very slow, sometimes you need to wait few minutes to get down.

Great for what I needed
Pros:

Location and size of the room. The bed was also very comfortable. And black out curtains.

It was very cold and the heating couldn’t be put on.

Tolle Lage und sehr bequem
Pros:

Tolle Lage mittendrin, zu Fuß zu sehr vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bequeme Betten, angenehme Größe des Zimmers, schöne Aussicht durchs Fenster (vom 4. Stockwerk), fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet. Wir hatten auch eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Bad war groß und sauber mit sehr vielen Handtüchern.

Cons:

Alles hat gefallen bis auf die Plastikkarte zum Zimmertüröffnen, denn sie musste mehrmals ausgetauscht werden, weil sie nicht funktionierte. Es war insgesamt nicht sehr billig, aber das gibt es in London wahrscheinlich nirgendwo.
