Pros:

Das Personal war wie immer sehr Freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht. Das Zimmer war toll,mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Lage zentral, 5min zu Fuß zur Station Waterloo.

The location

Cons:

Overpriced for such hotel not that good. It is similar to Novotel which can be booked for half price. Breakfast was limited although they serve Nutella in breakfast which good thing. The room and toilet requires some maintenance.

Perfect
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. We had asked for a room with a view as we were celebrating a birthday and when we arrived we had been upgraded to a studio room with a great view, plus Prosecco and cake was sent up after arrival. Very grateful thank you as it made our trip.

TOP weekend Londen
Pros:

We kregen een gratis upgrade van de kamer, ruimer met een nog mooier zicht. Hadden oorspronkelijk al kamer met zicht op Londen Eye geboekt. Nu zagen we zelfs den Big Ben. Ook b-day pakket gratis gekregen omdat mijn vriend verjaarde. Airco werkte ook super, was er net een hittegolf dus goed meegenomen.

Cons:

Niets, mss 1 klein puntje: bij inchecken leek dame wat tegen haar zin te werken maar verder was al het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

A comfortable base from which to explore London.
Pros:

The comfortable bed and unobtrusive air conditioning. It was great to be able to leave our cases at the hotel when we checked out as it allowed us another full day on sightseeing before our 4.30pm train home

Cons:

The gym advertised on the hotel website is mostly an empty room with a few old pieces of equipment and free weights. No running machine, bikes etc. Bears no resemblance to the photo online.

Poor and expensive. Not as advertised!
Cons:

The AC was not functioning from the first night very late arrival at 01:30h until we checked out. We repeatedly asked (4 or 5 times at Reception and several tel. calls to Front Desk) to fix it, but only on the last evening they told me that was impossible and would we care to change rooms or have 1 night credited. Because of all our clothing and toiletries I opted for a credit. Only when checking out did I find they gave a credit on my invoice for the cheapest night, not 1/3rd of the booking fee of 3 nights!
Worse, I still don’t have the credit on my MasterCard - one whole week from checking in.
I realise now that a 50% discount should be more appropriate because they could have told me directly on the night of or arrival that it did not function - 25-26 deg. in the room - and before unpacking we could have switched rooms!

Great location and staff, but the room itself was a disappointment for the price.

Cons:

The room was in an outdated section of the hotel and looked very worn out, with years of accumulated dirt. For £350 a night, I definitely expected a much better standard.
