Patrick you are a star💫
Pros:

I never leave review on my trips but this time i feel like i have to do it.Amazing located hotel with lots of tourist attraction,London Eye a few steps away from hotel and the famous BigBen eazy to reach.The hotel it is nice but seems like a bit old fashion for this years.We had the room 1408 with a nice and stunning view.Staff was nice and friendly in the hotel,the atrio bar has a terrace too where you can enjoy the fresh air as we catch nice weather.In breakfast lots of food selection,but i want to bring a big thank you to Patrick,an amazing gentleman who took care about me as i am allergic to gluten with both my kids.You don't find eazy in this days a waiter to ask you once you step in the breakfast if you have allergies.He check on our table many times and makes sure we are all good.If you can guys send to Patrick a big hug and a warm thank you for his services.We will come back for sure in november.Thank you Patrick and thanks the whole hotel staff😊

Good location but not relaxing.

Cons:

The lifts were very noisy and kept us up during the night. I asked to move to a room further away from the lifts but nothing was available.

Great Experience
