Pros:

el desayuno es increíble, las camas super cómodas y las habitaciones amplias

Cons:

el hotel no está muy preparado para familias completas con niños pequeños,ni habitaciones que se comuniquen para poder quedarse una familia de más de 3 personas.sin embargo siempre es excelente la atención

Si uno quiere comer o cenar que se prepare porque la comida es mala mala mala :(
Creo que en un 4 estrellas no pasa nada porque te abran la puerta al entrar y al salir del hotel :)
El check in es a las 15 y si llegas en uno de los vuelos de madrugada estás fastidiado porque con casi toda seguridad no podrás entrar antes a ducharte etc. las políticas son las políticas pero hay muchos hoteles que intentan que puedas entrar cuanto antes en la habitación!

Estancia tranquila y placentera, destaco la calides del personal y el servicio otorgado.
Pros:

Excelente ubicacion, personal amable y camas muy comodas.

Cons:

Podría ser mejor el desayuno, frecuentemente se acababan algunas cosas como el café, pan, etc., sin embargo, el personal siempre fue muy amable y rápido para reponer lo faltante.

La higiene del lugar es incomparable . Todo impecable .! Buen colchón y almohadas fundamental para un buen descanso . No hay ruidos . La ducha es perfecta .!

Muchos personal sin experiencia en hotelería ni hostelería.
El desayuno muy mejorable para un hotel así , y le personal que atiende muy poco servicial por la falta de experiencia.

Nice window view, separate wardrobe space, nice colours, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom.

Cons:

Breakfast was a mess, tables were often not ready, staff was not available most of the time to ask for hot dishes.
Every morning someone was nocking at my door, I guess house keeping, at 8 am without saying anything. I suppose this was a kind of an alarm clock to leave the room for cleaning. It was really irritating.
My air conditioner was very loud when I checked in, but it was fixed within 2-3 hours.

„Hop on Hop off“ Bus ist schräg gegenüber.
Sehr nettes Rezeptionsteam und Lilijana, die Concierge ist sehr engagiert und freundlich.
Tolles und üppiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer durch den dunklen Wandanstrich sehr dunkel.

Trato no acorde a la cadena del hotel
Cons:

La atención del personal a nuestra llegada. Parecía más un policía que una persona de recepción de un hotel. Les pedimos si podríamos cenar y nos dijo que no, porque en 15 minutos cerraban el restaurante y le pedimos si conocía algún sitio fuera del hotel y nos dijo que nos olvidáramos de cenar por allí a esa hora. Cuando salimos del hotel para probar teníais varias opciones.
Su único preocupación era que contratáramos el desayuno, que descartamos justo por el trato recibido.
