It’s a beautiful property! Great location, can even walk to some of the wineries (Pellar Estate, Two Sisters, etc) and only a 10 min drive to Queen street. Staff is kind and they also offer a shuttle service into the city/ wineries.
There was no power for atleast 3 hours on a peak summer day. That made the night very uncomfortable unfortunately and the amount they charged for the night didn’t seem worth it at all.
Riverbend Inn is an exquisite boutique hotel that is beautifully decorated in its classic decor and makes anyone feel welcomed and valued. The elegant entry and the different layout of each room offer a luxurious ambience making this this hotel our favorite place to stay when in Niagara on the Lake. All the staff were friendly and treated us with first class consideration and efforts to make our stay a good one. The beds were comfortable; the rooms were very clean and the amenities of high quality. The restaurant meals were amazing, and the patio allows you to enjoy a lovely meal while overlooking the beautiful vineyards of Peller Estates Wineries. You got to stay here!!!
Ótima localização, bem próximo ao centro da cidade, a 10 minutos de bicicleta. Visual incrível. Quarto super confortável! E fomos recebidos com espumante!

The location and facilities were beautiful and the Riesling room is great when traveling with a girlfriend or sister! The highlight is Adele in the restaurant! She was delightful and very informative.

We stayed at this inn for a night at NOTL and it was well worth it. From the hospitality of the staff (including free shuttles to select wineries), to extremely clean & spacious rooms and a great patio for guests, I highly recommend staying here. While I didn’t catch everyone’s name at the front desk, I did get Zoey’s - and she was also a great shuttle driver and was very prompt.
We can’t wait to be back!

Food and service at the restaurant was TERRIBLE. That was the worst-quality $90 meal I have had in years. Table service was also very poor. The quality of the food was shocking for a 'wine estate'. It will be written-up separately on Google.
Stupendo. Tutto stupendo. La posizione, la gentilezza, il ristorante, i servizi, la camera. Siamo state una sola notte ma siamo state benissimo. Davvero stupendo!!

Poor soundproofing in rooms; could hear the shower TV and every bump and bang from adjacent room (similar to our last stay, in a different room); lack of elevator (not a deal breaker, but no one available to assist with baggage
The day after our departure our nightly rate almost doubled (from preseason to seasonal rates) - making the cost for a single room with Queen bed about C$500 including tax (b’fast extra) - THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND CONTRIBUTES TO THE GENERAL IMPRESSION THAT NOTL IS NIAGARA IN THE TAKE.

Very welcoming staff, fabulous location for exploring the vineyards, Niagara on the lake, and the falls. Thoroughly recommend it and wish I had stayed an additional night.
