Picturesque location with friendly staff and cozy accommodations!
Pros:

Seth in the bar provided top notch hospitality!! Great recommendations for on-site and in town. Car service was the best experience with timely delivery and pick up. The sunset over the grape vines elevated everything. The fireplace in the room was the perfect touch

Cons:

Breakfast included would be great. Our hotel in Buffalo included two options: savory or sweet

Wonderful stay and beautiful property
Pros:

Wonderful property. Rooms were updated, clean and thanks for the update on the TV. Glad to get American football on the TV. We have stayed here the last several years and will continue to book the property in the future.

Cons:

Would like to have had an elevator in the property. My husband has 2 bad knees and it was difficult for him.
Need more selections for breakfast.

Pros:

Great location !

Cons:

Dogs are allowed in the restaurant patio, the night we had dinner there was a dog barking and charging other guests. For this type of restaurant, this is totally unacceptable. Also, it would be great to offer kids meals.

Totally relaxing and your cares and woes are gently sifted away as you soak in the view
Pros:

We came back to Riverbend, Oaklands dining on Thursday with out guest Karen
from Toronto. Dining on the Patio was ever so pleasing. The view of the vineyards and the Winery Castles in the distance puts one in mind of Tuscany.
The servers and Adele in particular was excellent with total knowledge of the menu
and even suggestions as to the best items to order .
Our guest was smitten with the beauty of the place and the bar as you walk in
grabs your eye, as it is imported from Boston as we were told.
The staff is cheery and welcoming. KB

Pros:

The Inn is beautiful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable and spacious. Breakfast in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was especially pleased to have a teapot in the room. Most hotels (in the US, anyway), only offer a coffee maker. And, they had good quality tea (Mighty Leaf) in several flavors and not some cheap, terrible black tea.

Cons:

The room was an icebox when we entered. Even though it is summer, it did not need to be at 65 degrees (Fahrenheit).

Oasis and Welcoming Staff
Pros:

Hotel and dining were impeccable. A beautiful vista overlooking winery and great recommendations by the staff . Tania was amazing at dinner and David did an exceptional job at breakfast. Both had great recommendations from the menu and wines with Tania at dinner were exceptional. David gave us great tips on the local area . Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay

Great property but no back up for power cuts?
Pros:

It’s a beautiful property! Great location, can even walk to some of the wineries (Pellar Estate, Two Sisters, etc) and only a 10 min drive to Queen street. Staff is kind and they also offer a shuttle service into the city/ wineries.

Cons:

There was no power for atleast 3 hours on a peak summer day. That made the night very uncomfortable unfortunately and the amount they charged for the night didn’t seem worth it at all.

The best hotel in Niagara on the Lake
Pros:

Riverbend Inn is an exquisite boutique hotel that is beautifully decorated in its classic decor and makes anyone feel welcomed and valued. The elegant entry and the different layout of each room offer a luxurious ambience making this this hotel our favorite place to stay when in Niagara on the Lake. All the staff were friendly and treated us with first class consideration and efforts to make our stay a good one. The beds were comfortable; the rooms were very clean and the amenities of high quality. The restaurant meals were amazing, and the patio allows you to enjoy a lovely meal while overlooking the beautiful vineyards of Peller Estates Wineries. You got to stay here!!!

Visual incrível em meio aos vinhedos
Pros:

Ótima localização, bem próximo ao centro da cidade, a 10 minutos de bicicleta. Visual incrível. Quarto super confortável! E fomos recebidos com espumante!

Cons:

Pra ficar completo, só falta uma piscina ;)
