Too good.The GM Mr.Piseth personally ensured our stay at the best. No hotel GM has done this before.

Pros:

We were upgraded to a balcony room overlooking pool. All the staff from reception to room girls were so helpful and polite, couldn’t do enough for us

Nice hotel with outstanding staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Khemara Angkor Hotel & Spa. The property itself is a bit dated but well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a nice overall atmosphere.

What really stood out was the service, especially in the restaurant and bar. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and Sambo in particular made our experience memorable with his warm hospitality and excellent service.

We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Siem Reap.

Cons:

Temps in the lobby and hallways (March) were a bit too warm without much A/C.

Pros:

many large hoteis in this area have closed because they closed down the airport and built a new one. This means that hotels like the Khemara Angkor price their rooms incredibly low for the standard of hotel. This place is five star all day. The breakfast is outstanding. The pool is great, and we went to the gym every day. It's a lovely twenty minute walk into town, or a dollar by Tuk Tuk. Literally, across the road is Pasta Corner, and a seven eleven. The staff are world class.

素晴らしい滞在でした。
Pros:

・母を伴い3人での旅行でした。3台のレギュラーベット(簡易ベッドではない!)のあるトリプルルームで家族全員がゆっくり休めました。
・スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで親切でした。明るい挨拶と笑顔のおかげで、母は安心して過ごせたようです。
・お部屋は広く清潔で、エアコンもバッチリ効きました。設備の疑問も内線で問い合わせしたところすぐに見に来て説明していただけました。
・朝ごはんのビュッフェはとても美味しく、案内・配膳のスタッフも調理のスタッフも親切でした。出来立ての米麺は是非トライしてください、優しい味なので(辛味や強い味付けは自分でする)エスニック料理が苦手な家族もOKでした。私は野菜が多く入った米麺の焼きそばが気に入りました。パンやフルーツも数種類、いずれも美味しかったです。
・空港からの送迎、アンコールワット観光のタクシー手配、クメールダンスのショーの予約などを、事前にアプリでと現地へ行ってからのフロントで相談して手配お願いしました。質問に親身に答えていただき、充実したよい観光が出来ました。
・18時チェックアウトのプランでしたので、フライトの直前までゆっくりさせていただきました。

Cons:

・繁華街から少し離れています、でも問題なく歩ける距離です。日差しが強くて少しお散歩するのがキツい時や夜間の外出時はフロントでタクシーかトゥクトゥクを呼んで貰えば解決です。
