Location is good and the bed was comfortable.
Furniture a bit run down, one lamp not working, tv needed adjusting not set for channels. Took me 5 minutes to figure out how the electric plug in bathroom worked to run hair dryer. The hot food at breakfast is not great and bagelsand muffins bit stale. Coffee is good. This may be a 2 star but I've stayed at 2 stars for 40 years, that used to mean a clean well appointed room with everything working and ready for you. They also used to be $75 a night, $200+ is too much money for what you get now. for Maybe it doesn't anymore and thats a 3 star now? Also the window screen was halfway out of the frame.

Heavy hotel room doors constantly slamming through the hotel. Management needs to put signs on every door asking guests to close door quietly when leaving the room The doors slam shut.
The walls in the room and not very sound proof as we could hear the guests in each room on each side of us.
The back of the both beds at the head of the beds need to be pulled out and vacuumed behind after each guest checks out. There were food particles and a lot of dust behind the head of the bed between the bed and the wall.
Food particles also on floor bested the bed closer to the washroom.
Washroom also had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.

The staff were polite however I was not pleased with the property
The hot tub was dirty, the paint was peeling off the cement seats of the hot tub. It also was not very hot. I take hotter baths than this hot tub. The pool was also only 3 feet deep which was not at all good

There was eight of us cousins staying here. Some of the good things I enjoyed was 1) Location was the best, so much in the area. 2) The evenings were so quiet for sleeping 3) The bed/pillow was very comfortable 4) Close to our venue
