Pros:

Las instalaciones y el gym

Cons:

Mi cuarto no tenía control remoto, lo pedí 2 veces sin respuesta.
Viajando con niños, bueno.....es complicado.
Lamento la falta de ayúda. Ya que le comentaron las 2 veces que lo pedí y hasta fui al lobby nunca llegó

Hay que ir en verano para que valga la pena.
Pros:

No puedo decir mucho ya que casi todo estaba cerrado por ser diciembre. No la pasamos en el departamento.

Cons:

No me gustó el trato del personal. Nadie nos orientó. Nunca habíamos ido. Muy desolado.

Ya me he quedado antes esta bonito por la vista me gusta que en una habitación pudimos quedarnos 8 personas

Cons:

Me querían cobran 500 pesos por una tarjeta del cuarto es una exageración con 200 pesos hubiera estado bien
Las tvs no tienen buena programacion los controles no funcian bien tampoco
La estufa ni hablar tarda muchísimo en calentar

Idyllic location with maybe some upgrading of accommodation needed
Pros:

The location was really beautiful with wonderful views of the lake. We had dinner outside in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the waiter very helpful. Because we were only staying overnight we had not time to try out all the facilities but the pool looked wonderful.

Cons:

The air conditioning seemed old and very noisy. The duvets were very heavy for the temperature at night.

Buen lugar para pasarla en familia!

las albercas limpias, agua templada y lugar divertido

Cons:

la cama tenia colcha manchada, la comida del restaurant estaba muy simple y tarbadab mucho, ademas el bar te traian dando vueltas, de que paga aqui, recoge alla, y parecia que no querian ayudarte.
