Lage direkt an der Autobahn.

The cleanliness was poor, with visible dust throughout the room. The hotel is clearly in a state of decline, with old and even broken furniture. In my opinion, it is absolutely not worthy of a 4-star rating.
The worst part, however, was the staff. They were not friendly or welcoming, and the night receptionist was particularly rude and unprofessional.
Considering the condition of the hotel, the price was absolutely unacceptable. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

L'accueil et le personnel des dames de ménage, les responsables du petit déjeuner et l'accueil . Très attentionnés à nos demandes. La piscine bien que petite. La possibilité de visiter Milan sans prendre de véhicule. Bus juste en face qui nous emmène au terminus du métro et le M1 qui nous conduit au Duomo en 25 mn.
Vous acceptez les animaux c est important.
Tout d'abord ce sont des choses à améliorer :
1. Le peu de rangement pour un séjour long. La chambre petite. Les toilettes derrière la porte de la salle d'eau pas top mais c est ainsi vous n'allez pas reconstruire ou réaménager. Le bain turc actif sur demande et il lui faut 1h pour chauffer. Trois places au spa.
Le pire le petit déjeuner industriel dommage pour un 4 étoiles. De plus si vous allez déjeuner vers 8h30 9h00 il ne reste pas grand chose à votre disposition. En fait la majorité de la clientèle sont des groupes en bus qui viennent pour la nuit qui accaparent les emplacements auto, et en repartant dévalisent le self, normal ils sont très nombreux. C est ce qui a marqué notre séjour heureusement vraiment que le personnel est très professionnel et réactifs vous pouvez les feliciter. L idéal serait peut être de réserver les places du petit déjeuner des longs séjours et un mini buffet pour eux la place ne manque pas pource faire et ils pourraient visiter Milan en bonne humeur après un bon petit déjeuner.
Good enough for a one-night stop near the highway. Its clean and the small wellness area adds value. The location outside the city is a bit boring.
