Avevo prenotato una doppia con due letti singoli, ho trovato un letto matrimoniale con solo un paio di asciugamano e dopo la mia segnalazione mi sono state portate solo un altro paio di asciugamano ma il letto è sempre rimasto un matrimoniale

Stanza vista strada, camera non insonorizzata quindi non abbiamo dormito per il rumore del traffico e della camera affianco direi non ammissibile per un 4 stelle!
