La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba, no lo pudieron solucionar, volvimos a reclamar al otro día y recién ahí para la segunda noche nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación.

L emplacement de l'hôtel nous a permis de visiter barcelone a pied. Métro pas loin au cas où , bus pour l aeroport à proximité. Le personnel de l'hôtel était adorable.

Cons:

La chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'exterieur. Vis à vis d autres chambres et couloir de service la rendant très sombre. . Salle de bain très propre mais en dessous du standing qu'on peut attendre au prix de la chambre (sans les avantages booking).

Ich würde wieder kommen.

Das Frühstück dort war sehr, sehr gut. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und wir wurden sogar im Zimmer angerufen und es wurde abgefragt, ob es uns gut geht

Die Matratzen sind schon etwas älter bzw. durchgelegen.

Das Hotel liegt super. Ringsum sind viele Bars, Cafes oder Restaurants. Zu Fuss ist man schnell an der Metro oder in der Altstadt. Alles schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Rezeption ist klasse. Immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt.

Cons:

Es gibt kostenloses Wasser, aber nur einmal. Dann ist halt kein Wasser mehr für die kostenlose Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Das ist unpraktisch. Das warme Essen beim Frühstück ist meistens kalt. Leider räumt die Dame das Geschirr nicht ab, aber es gibt auch keine separate Ablage dafür.

Great choice of hotel for a city break in Barcelona, complete with a rooftop pool
Pros:

Fantastic staff - we were welcomed by Edu and Jose in reception when we arrived, and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to Las Ramblas and the old town, has comfortable rooms with a good shower, and a lovely breakfast with plenty of variety. An extra bonus is the rooftop with sunloungers, a small swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
