Pros:

Excelente localização, perto de tudo em Eixample! O atendimento do staff também foi muito bom. A piscina é tranquila, para quem está buscando um lugar com tranquilidade.

Cons:

Achamos que a área de lazer seria mais agitada. O quarto é bem pequeno. O café da manhã é igual todos os dias, sem nenhuma variação do que é oferecido - apesar disso, é gostoso e atende bem curtas estadias.

The perfect end to our trip!
Pros:

We had a fabulous stay at Petit Palace! The staff were amazing from the get go - wonderful English and we felt so welcomed. The location was perfect - just far enough out of the action enough to feel very relaxed, but still super close to everything we needed! We found some incredible little restaurants hidden in side streets around. The pool was the perfect arvo break, and we loved people watching from our balcony.

Cons:

As a few others said - the only thing was the pool chairs were a little uncomfortable! First world problem!

Fabulous location, good breakfast a lot of choice, read reviews about hot breakfast not being hot enough but the wasn’t a case. Room good size, very comfortable beds.

Din păcate, camera nu era aerisită corespunzător și era plină de praf, iar baia se afla într-o stare care necesita renovare. Am semnalat aceste probleme la recepție, iar personalul a trimis pe cineva pentru a remedia situația. În cele din urmă, camera a fost aspirată și curățată temeinic, lucru pe care îl apreciez. Din păcate, în ceea ce privește baia, situația a rămas neschimbată. Pereții prezentau urme evidente de mucegai, ceea ce a contribuit la impresia generală neplăcută și a ridicat semne de întrebare cu privire la standardele de igienă și întreținere ale hotelului.

NO VOLVERIA A LLEGAR A ESTE HOTEL NI SIQUIERA A MENCIONARLO.

El desayuno y la atención bien. Aunque esperaba algo mas propio de España. La atención del personal del desayuno excelente contratada mucho con el resto del servicio del hotel.

El recepcionista el 1 dia qué llegamos ( ni me molesté en preguntar su nombre) fue grosero y descortés. Los que estaban en pareja muy amables. La habitación mínima. Y super incomoda Sin espejo la luz pésima y la bulla de la habitación vecina despertaba todas las noches y en el baño era un ruido constante. El servicio de habitación pésimo no limpiaran las tazas de té ni las cambiaban. Las toallas olían a moho. El hotel tiene una clasificación de 4 estrellas solo porque tiene ascensor por lo demás ni se acerca a 2 estrellas.
