Nice hotel but pool closed and poor staff response

Nice clean hotel

Cons:

Pool was closed. I had booked especially to swim on the morning we woke up. Staff took my details and said a manager would contact me to discuss but I never heard back from anyone.

Overall poor, couldn't sleep.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK but some hot food was cold. Dust around skirting, food crumbs and dust under bed, chair was dirty, curtains had stains on them, grime in bath and on tiles, pubic hairs in bath, states they have sky tv only rte channels available, window was broken. Room was too hot no AC.

Quite nice and comfortable
Pros:

Location, the breakfast. The water and tea coffee making facilities. Comfortable beds. The fan.

Cons:

The hard wooden floors, hard pillows, no air con. 3 beds in twin room. TV in front of the mirror.

plutôt bien dans l'ensemble, à proximité de la campagne juste derriére

Cons:

pas grand chose, un peu éloigné de Dublin centre, environ 40mn de tramway.
Chambres non climatisées et avec les fenêtres qui ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir en grand il faisait chaud dans la chambre, dommage

The swimming pool was good but hard to find...

Cons:

Had trouble with the allergy codes in the hotel...they use a QR code to get the list of available products but the information was wrong and my grandson ate dairy which hindered our plans for the rest of our stay

Lovely hotel, in perfect location, staff were friendly

Cons:

Didn’t have much for gluten free/coeliac for dinner or breakfast, staff weren’t very knowledgeable about allergy thought that gluten free/coeliac was an allergy to peanuts… could have ended very badly.
