A couple in the room next door started arguing around 1 am and continued until 4.30 am keeping me awake on Saturday night soundproof was poor otherwise a nice stay and will stay again

Speedy check in, free parking and good location.
Pool not open and not pre warned, room very warm even with heating off and window open as much as possible. Only three cups in room for a family, but another was provided when requested. Room was clean, but crisps were found under bed. Unable to close bathroom door.

The hotel itself comes across as very bland, almost 'sterile'. No atmosphere to the place at all.

Pool was closed for renovations and no advance notice was provided. Very disappointing for our children as this was a primary reason for choosing this accommodation. Although our disappointment was shared with customer service at reception, there was no response to us before our departure or since.
The hotel rooms are very much worse for wear at this stage. Cracked sinks, broken locks.
