The facilities of the hotel was good however the room that was given to us is in bad condition and dirty.
Pros:

The location near my workplace.

Cons:

The room they gave us is not carpeted and it was handed over dirty. We told to the staff what we needed but no one came to check.

Didn't like the fact that we were at an awards night and there was no residents bar available for when the event had finished.
Food was questionable for the price of the tickets.

Basic Overpriced and unwelcoming

Cons:

Dirty bathroom, old cracked tiles on the floor , grubby in bedroom and corridors.
Very poor breakfast and evening meal, bar staff and breakfast staff rude and clearly didn’t have any customer service training

Pros:

Good parking, nice breakfast and room.

Cons:

Some hair on the pillows and sheets, couldn’t access the balcony in the room, staff had to check if the room was ready when we checked in late in the evening.
