Awful stay even worst management.
Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location. Breakfast was good, lots of options

Cons:

We had a late check in, around 10pm and proceeded to the room. Room was paid in advance. Paid and advertised as a "family room" but incredibly small. Just the space for a double and a single bed, one beside the other and a desk in front of the beds. Incredibly warm, there was only an old and VERY noisy small fan provided. My daughter wanted to watch a bit of Netflix before going to bed as me and her dad finished work at 5pm and we drove for 4 hours to get there. TV had only 2 channels of regular TV, and Netflix, Disney plus or any of the smart TV channels wasn't working. We called reception they told us those weren't smart TV. They were, but just didn't bother connecting them to internet I guess. Bathroom was absolutely filthy, pubic hair and hair on the floor, in the tub and in the sink. Dust and cobwebs around the corners and toilet still dirty inside. We decided to not have a shower as we were quite disgusted but nevermind that, it was almost 11 pm so we all proceeded to go to bed as we were exhausted and had an hospital appointment in the morning. Too bad the guest staying in the room above us they were dragging furniture and constantly walking and slamming doors. We called reception 3 times, last one at 2 am to complain, the only thing they did was telling us they went to knock at these people room. At 2 am we asked to be moved into a different room but the reception was tone deaf and didn't even told us it could have been a possibility. The dragging furniture finally stopped 30 minutes after. We didn't sleep all night and I was so nervous I got sick twice in the bathroom because of stomach cramps and lack of sleep. When it was time to check out we proceeded to tell the receptionist about the experience, she said she was "very sorry". After I insisted we were REALLY upset about it, she asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager.

1 night stay for a concert at Marlay Park. Just the job.
Pros:

Comfy mattress, easy, on site parking parking included, 5 minute walk to bus stop for transport to Marlay Park. Clean, spacious room with nice bathroom & good shower.

Cons:

The room was very hot. The heating was off, although they gave us a fan, it didn’t do much. No air con and a tiny openable window.

Pros:

Staff were friendly, good location comfy beds.

Cons:

Windows & the pool filthy.
We had to ring down to reception to ask for a fan, had to call twice before getting it.
Then had to ring down for towel and took us 3 calls to reception and 40 mins later to get more towels .

Very disappointing. The cooked breakfast was clearly not up to standard, and the ongoing lift issues
Pros:

The cooked breakfast was of a very poor standard. Simply by looking at it, it was obvious the food was not up to standard. There were no freshly fried eggs available, the bacon was rubbery, pink and completely unappetising, and the hash browns were pale and looked undercooked. We didn't even bother trying the cooked breakfast because its appearance alone put us off eating it.

Cons:

The breakfast. The lifts. Plus the receptionist told us the power bank for charging the phone was only 2 euros for 30 mins he didn't say if she kept the phone on she would still be charged. I ended up paying 8.00

Pros:

The breakfast was nice and the staff were kind although I had to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 poached eggs.

Cons:

The rooms are too hot which made it uncomfortable, you would presume that they would have air conditioning at least. I had to get 2 fans from reception to help to cool down the room, not that much help. The pool isn't the greatest as the location of the pool is not the best, a bit dark and not really spacious, the locker rooms were very outdated.

Pros:

Overall a lovely hotel
Had lunch the homemade chips where the nicest chips iv every tasted, crispy and served with sea salt enjoyed my lunch

Cons:

Went to the bar before closing wanted to unwind after a long day working
asked for a drink and was told the bar was closing shortly and I asked where the resident area was and told theres none
if I wished I could sit in the lobby and they give me a beer but I couldn't order a spirit
I went to reception to complain and was told by management that unfortunately they lock the bar and but he could get me a beer only, I explained I didnt want a beer as I lnly drink shorts and only wanted to have a nite cap to unwind and relax before heading to my room, in fairness he went to the bar and got me my drink and I sat in a massive lobby on my own like a down and out not feeling comfortable at all.
Not everyone likes to finish the night with a nitecap totally understandable but I found this embarrassing altogether
