Has its good and bad points
Pros:

My check in was very efficient and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good with a great selection and staff were friendly with getting me fried eggs as there was only scrambled and boiled eggs out.

Cons:

The bar staff were also friendly but I was informed on Saturday night that the bar was closed at 11 I informed them that I was resident and was told that I could go to reception and order a drink and when I did at 11.20 I asked for a pint of coors and was informed that I could only order bottles so I ordered 2 bottles of Heineken and paid then ten minutes later saw a bar staff bringing out 2 pints of lager to residents sitting a short distance from me and when my order arrived I asked reception why I had to order bottles when other residents we’re been served pint he said that I have to take that up with the bar staff. There was a christening on the mezzanine floor and as my room was on the second floor the music and the people was very loud and I was told it will be over by 01.00. Very disappointed

Hidden gem
Pros:

The most comfortable beds .. pillows are hard.. but beds A1. Breakfast was gorgeous. Amazing value you just don't get anymore. Front staff were so lovely too.

Review Security
Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights. Booked 2 rooms for myself and my partner and my youngest Son and my older Son and his partner. The food in the bar was excellent. I'm vegetarian and they had lots of choice. The rooms were clean and the pool was great, my Son loved it.

Cons:

Unfortunately I was woken up with the door banging closed (room 306) at around 3.30am despite having locked the door that night. Somebody had been able to access the room while we slept. When I opened the door there was a man walking the corridor wearing only his boxers. I went down to Reception and the night porter gave me additional key cards. I didn't sleep after that as I feared the person may come back as they had taken the key card out of the holder inside the door. I spoke to the duty manager the following morning, a lovely man. Unfortunately he was unable to access the cctv to see what had happened as the password had been changed. The second night I double locked the door and placed the ironing board against it but still didn't sleep properly. I would advise that the Management review security for the bedrooms. I understand that people can sometimes be a little worse for wear in hotels but he shouldn't have been able to access our bedroom. Nothing was taken and there was no harm done on this occasion (except to my sleep).

Don’t recommend- charged twice
Cons:

The hotel charged my card twice for my stay. Despite calling twice on Friday to resolve the issue and subsequently sending them email proof of the charge I have not even received an acknowledgment. Very frustrating for this to have happened in the first place and secondly to keep chasing for the refund. It’s highly inconvenient

Pros:

L'habitació molt completa i neta, i el llit comfortable. Només vem estar una nit i no vem poder gaudir la piscina i gimnàs. Bona connexió amb el tramvia.

Cons:

Tot i estar ben connectat, els 40 minuts de tramvia es poden fer llargs per anar a visitar el centre.
