Hotel am Hafen mit Aussicht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Besuch der Stadt perfekt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert. Als Hotelgäste hat man ein Vorrecht zum Zutritt in die 20up Bar. Diese Skybar ist natürlich ein echtes Highlight mit Blick über den Hafen Hamburgs.

Cons:

Die Organisation rund um das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen an so ein Hotel. Aus Platzmangel mussten einige Gäste im Foyer des Hotels sitzen. Das hatte mehr was von Bahnhofatmosphäre. Zu den Stoßzeiten kam es zu langen Wartezeiten bis wir einem Platz zugeteilt bekommen haben. Der Service war dann wiederum richtig gut und persönlich!

Super Aussicht! Top Lage zum Start ins Nachtleben, aber auch schnell an den Landungsbrücken oder dem Fischmarkt.

Cons:

Für den Preis waren die Zimmer eher Standard - nichts besonderes. Man hatte das Gefühl man hat sich auf der Aussicht ausgeruht. Keinen Kaffee/Tee im Zimmer. Außerdem Teppichboden.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war wie immer sehr sauber und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und außergewöhnlich reichlich !!

Pros:

Ich bin immer wieder gerne da. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer haben jeglichen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann und die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch super, sodass man sich auch mal einen Tee machen könnte. Aber das ist wirklich nur ein klitzekleiner Punkt.
