Beach front location was good. Family room was large and clean. Reception staff were lovely.

Cons:

Pool facilities were disappointing, the spa was very busy and quite dirty. Family rooms are grouped together so there is a lot of noise early in the day.

Familienfreundliche tolle Unterkunft

Leider Ameisenbesiedelung im Badezimmer, in allen Sachen waren diese leider dann vorzufinden.
Kann vielleicht vorkommen ist aber trotzdem ziemlich unangenehm wenn eine Invasion in den eigenen Sachen ist.

Such a fun family holiday.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and kind to our gorgeous little boy. They made us feel very special and happy. Love them dearly.

Had a great time at Iberostar Muro Village.
Pros:

The location is beautiful, the staff is very nice, professional and helpful , the food is very good, especially the deserts which were amazing 10/10!

Cons:

Its a family type hotel, focused mainly on children activities, not well suited for couples/adults. No hotel sunbeds on the beach, by 9 AM all public sunbeds are sold out.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area with water slides was excellent. The sea was very clean and shallow, perfect for children. There was a wide variety of food, but the quality could have been better. Housekeeping came at inconvenient times, towels were not always replaced, and bed linen was never changed.
Overall, I don’t think the hotel fully meets 5-star standards.
