Pros:

Everything was just 10/10. Hotel is really focused on families with childs/infants stay.
Staff were going extra mile, so our baby has 5 star experience. They even prepared requested-baby food.
Location is amazing, just few meters from one of the best beaches on mallorca.

Cons:

Please note that beach is public, so bed/umbrela bundle is 20e.
Though not a hotels fault.

Toller Aufenthalt, ausgesprochen nettes Personal, fantastisches Essen.
Pros:

Ausgesprochen schöne Anlage mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal. Das Buffet war ausgezeichnet, selten so gut gegessen. Wunderschöner Strand und tolle Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Traumhaft für Familien.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet, jedoch war der Badbereich offen gestaltet, was wenig Privatsphäre zulässt. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Abgeschiedenheit erhofft. Das Schwimmbad war bis 15.00 Uhr auch für Kinder zugänglich, danach für Erwachsene alleine. Super, damit auch hier Bahnen im 25m Schwimmbecken getätigt werden können. Die Sauberkeit im Schwimmbad hätte einen Tick besser sein können.

Tolle Lage, leckeres Essen, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, vielen Dank an Pepe für den hervorragenden Service und die tägliche Extra-Meile, die er für uns gegangen ist! Der Spa mit den wunderbaren Massagen und Gesichtsbehandlungen hat uns ebenso sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Bei 5 Sternen und dem Preis hätten wir mit weniger Abnutzung auf den Zimmern, besserer Ausstattung (winzige Schränke, wenig Stauraum) und einem desinfizierten, sauberen Dampfbad gerechnet. In echt sind es wohl eher 4 Sterne / maximal 4 Sterne Superior

Beach front location was good. Family room was large and clean. Reception staff were lovely.

Cons:

Pool facilities were disappointing, the spa was very busy and quite dirty. Family rooms are grouped together so there is a lot of noise early in the day.

Familienfreundliche tolle Unterkunft

Leider Ameisenbesiedelung im Badezimmer, in allen Sachen waren diese leider dann vorzufinden.
Kann vielleicht vorkommen ist aber trotzdem ziemlich unangenehm wenn eine Invasion in den eigenen Sachen ist.
