Located on the beach
Certain processes and aspects of service availibility that are dictated by corporate decisions rather than staff. Though been upset on a few occasions, the staff did absolutely their best to smooth out the experience.
Na beira da praia, uma comodidade incomparável. Gostei dos apartamentos, muito confortável e adequado para praia.
A parte da alimentação achei bem fraca . Os mosquitos eram um absurdo.
The staff, location, beach, pool, the food was fantastic.
Queuing at the dispenser to get my own water for my room. The AC didn't blow cold enough. The sofa bed mattress was very poor.
Breakfast was excellent - so many choices. In particular, the fresh smoothies and the options for children. The room was very modern and clean, with nice products in the bathroom. I also liked the spacious terrace with nice sofa and coffee table and rack for hanging wet swimwear.
The gym was very well equipped.
The children's pool area was excellent - our son loved the water slides. Also, the playground behind the hotel had an excellent climbing course.
The stay was very expensive. Although we understand August is the most expensive time and the accommodation is high quality, we still felt it was overpriced.
It was also not clear that half board means breakfast and dinner. Most people's understanding is that half board means breakfast and lunch or dinner (thankfully the reception staff agreed to allow us to change when we needed to).
We had to pay a supplement for our 7-year old child on arrival because the booking incorrectly registered him as a baby. I had already brought this to the attention of the hotel, who told me to follow up with the external booking service. Nevertheless, they could have modified the booking accordingly ahead of time or made a note in the system and at least told me to expect this extra cost (which was significant)!
Sunbeds on the beach were at extra cost.
Great service and staff. Kids activities were amazing and the activation team super engaging and friendly. Food was good.
The whole vibe, the layout of the hotel was just perfect. One of the best hotels I have stayed at!
Everyone working at the hotel were just super professional but also super friendly and very kind! All were very good with children!
I highly recommend this hotel to parents who want to travel with their kids! From any age if you ask me!
This is nothing to say!
Rooms spacious. Beach easy to get to.
A small pool area with limited places to sunbathe and very few places to lounge on the beach. Lots of towels on beds and no one using them. Poor management keeping sun beds cleaned and ready for other users. No restrictions for people from taking beds all day then, not using them. There was a terrible mosquito infestation during our stay which ruined the holiday. No management plan to spray in the evenings to keep infestation at a minimum. I have never seen so many badly bitten people!!! Some people had been so badly bitten that they stayed in their rooms! No joke ..... beware. Apparently due to a nearby area of conservation.
I like the location and the beach sand/water
1. WATER was not included in the breakfast and dinner even thou, the water that was charged to us, was from a machine and refillable (no drinks included -should be explicitly stated at booking)
2. there is not beach chairs or umbrellas that belong to the hotel (otherwise its extra 20 cash you have to have on you at the time- even thou most people dont even carry cash anymore)
3. the staff - some rude and some very fake nice
4. overall feeling of the hotel does not feel like 5 star but more like 4.5
5. it was self serve/buffet at ALL the restaurants
6. sofa bed for 2 persons was not comfortable or big enough
7. lots of food but the QUALITY of the meats and fish was not very good. could not even chew it down
The kids program. The location. The water. The staff. All were amazing. My kid refused to leave the resort.
The ac in the room wasn't as cold as I wanted to be but it wasn't that bad.

По качеству сервиса отель совершенно не соответствует цене.
Особенно с точки зрения баров - маленький выбор коктейлей, не особо вкусные - просьба сделать что то не стандартное вызывает ступор. Ну и классика жанра - в меню при "все включено" - по итогу выясняется что включено не все. Основная претензия скорее даже не к персоналу а к организации - персонала явно не хватает, за обслуживанием надо ходить к бару - не сложно конечно, но не в 5-ке за 1000 евро в сутки.

The main swimming pool is a bit small. The dinner buffet at the beach restaurant is weak as opposed to the main restaurant one.
