Sehr gutes und schönes Hotel. Lage ist direkt neben der Frauenkirche. Klimaanlage ist im Zimmer, großes Bad, Bademantel, Hausschuhe sind auch da.

Super Hotel in bester Lage für die Innenstadt
Pros:

Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und von bester Qualität
Die Zimmer sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend.
Parkservicxe gut.

Cons:

Das mit der Pünktlichkeit klappt nicht ganz. Zeiten werden nicht eingehalten ( z.B. Wagen vor der Tür 15 min. zu spät )

Great Hotel in the Heart of Dresden!
Pros:

Location! Right in the heart of old Dresden! Close to everything! Beautifully decorated - nice staff. Good breakfast. A/C good in breakfast room. Shower with epic water pressure & hot water. Valet parking was awesome. Good communication leading up to the stay via booking.com.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel it had 3 star air conditioning. Of course the heat isn’t the hotel’s fault but they should deal with it better & have stronger A/C in the rooms that goes way lower than 19 C…
