I would recommend this property to others. For the time we spent there it met our needs.
Pros:

the location was excellent. Was not sure how room service worked, yet it was clean and comfortable. the only thing that happened was the moving of furniture evenings from the persons above us. the staff were very helpful, polite and not afraid to take action.

Cons:

Our stay was to get our young man settled for school. Therefore we managed very well with the location and what services were available to us.

ROACHES. RUN AWAY
Pros:

ROACHES. Run away from this place. It has to be a shelter and not a hotel. People smoke cigarettes and marijuana around the property. "Non-smoking room" means you will get SMELLY room still. The layout of smoking and non-smoking rooms are very funny, those rooms next to each other, so people constantly smoke next to you.

Pros:

ROACHES. Run away from this place. This place is more like a shelter than hotel. People live there, they do smoke everywhere. Our room has smell of Marijuana, we changed to another "non-smoking room" and cigarettes smell was there.
It's very weird Layout of room, one room is non-smoking and next one is smoking. What people should do who can't stand the smell and why i need to breath nicotine everytime I open the door.

Pros:

I've always liked this hotel very friendly staff they remodeled most of the place or rooms are nice prices are not bad at all.

Cons:

Staying at the front of the hotel close to the road the location is a very busy road but if you're in the middle of the building or towards the back it's not bad at all.

They do have clean rooms and property, but I have found small roaches in my room. I’m going to report it and see how they respond.
