A great stay with excellent staff and facilities, though the breakfast service could be improved
Pros:

I stayed at A One Bangkok for 7 days in Room 1122, and I had a wonderful experience overall. I really enjoyed the beautiful view, the room facilities, and the amenities provided.

The housekeeping team did an excellent job, the front office staff were always helpful and professional, and the security team consistently greeted guests with warm smiles, which made me feel very welcome.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and appreciate the hospitality provided by the team. Thank you!

Cons:

I only have one concern regarding the breakfast service. Although breakfast is available until 10:00 AM, some of the staff, both FOH and BOH, seemed to rush guests by cleaning the dining area well before the closing time. In particular, the staff at the egg station appeared impatient, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable while having breakfast.

I would also suggest maintaining more consistent food quality from day to day, as there were noticeable differences during my stay.

Free ride to Bkk hospital. Less than a mile. Great stuff good restaurant wonderful lobby. The dark bathroom spoiled ever
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, well dressed and extremely professional. The lobby was well done and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast, but the dinner options were good.

Cons:

The bed is much too firm for more than a few days stay. Terrible WiFi. Too slow for iPad or phone connection. We have unlimited data so the worst part was the gloomy very dimming lit bathroom. When looking in the mirror There are two dim bulbs behind you so your reflection is in the shadows but there is an accent light BEHIND the mirror. Go figure. I called the desk and complained and asked if the bulbs could be replaced. They sent a guy up, but but he said there’s nothing he could do. Room 1104

Pros:

Het hotel is oké en dicht bij Bangkok Hospital. Het personeel is zo lief.

Cons:

Ze hebben een shuttleservice van het hotel naar het ziekenhuis. 's Ochtends komt hij iedere 30 minuten en 's middags één keer per uur. Beter een taxi gebruiken.
