The staff are all friendly and professional .
I was bitten on the wrist during the night. My arm was over my head and I felt a stinging so I moved my arm. In the morning I had a spider bite with a slight bruise. It was fine the day after that. Just thought the hotel should be aware.

This hotel is located perfectly in the central area of Paso Robles. It was close enough to go to all the wineries in the area as well as attend to any events or restaurants in the area.
The hotel was very clean. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room for two large suites cases easily maneuverable inside.
Atmosphere was very pleasant. We were there during the week into the weekend and there seems to be a lot of events going on in the city so there were a lot of families and groups staying there. On Friday night, it got a little noisy but not unbearable. It’s not due to the hotel but it’s the clients staying at the hotel.
The best part of our stay was the staff, especially the evening/night shift front desk person Fatima. We got there a little late in the evening on Wednesday night and I wanted a cup of hot tea. There were no coffee/tea stations set up in the lobby or the dining area like many other hotels that we’ve stayed in the past have. I asked Fatima and she informed me that they didn’t have a set up like that. But then few minutes later, she brought me a cup of hot water with choices of teas for me to choose from. Fatima went out of her way to get me what I really needed that night. I will never forget her kindness and thoughtfulness to not just say “sorry we don’t have any.”. Fatima is a great example of what customer service is all about and what a caring person is like. Marriott is blessed to have a person like Fatima working there and great job on your training process!
We also had a great experience with the gentleman working in the bar/restaurant on Wed 3/18/26 night and I also saw him working Friday night 3/20/26. He had a great attitude and sense of humor.
Overall, your team that we came in contact with were all very pleasant and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars, the hotel had a sign that they had no morning cook to make the breakfast, which when we reserved and booked our stay, it advertised that the breakfast was included in our stay. When we checked in, we were told there will be breakfast served in the morning, when we inquired about it. So imagine our surprise to find out there were only coffee pots in the breakfast area in the morning and the rest of our stay.
Outside patio
No breakfast coffee station was not stocked with creamers or other food
Excellent location, staff, especially Fatima who was exceptional, and overfall feel.
There was no breakfast as promised and as paid for.
Nice and clean, food was good, great breakfast

I had the pleasure of staying at this Courtyard by Marriott twice recently—once for a 2-day trip at the start of my travels and again for a 1-day stop on the way home—and both experiences were outstanding.
The front desk team was awesome—huge shout-outs to Corrie, Fatima, and Farha for their warm, professional, and incredibly helpful service. They made every check-in and check - out effortless and welcoming, answering questions with smiles and going the extra mile.
The Jacuzzi was wonderful and so relaxing after long days. I also loved the nice fire pit seating area at night—it was cozy and inviting, with comfortable chairs around the glowing flames, perfect for chilling out in the evening. The whole property felt clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with 5-star staff service from start to finish.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting friendly vibes, great amenities like the Jacuzzi and fire pit, and reliable comfort. We’ll definitely be back!
beautiful location
Comodo y cerca del centro.
Las piezas son un poco chicas para mas de dos personas.
Friendly staff, great location.
The shower had some mold

Breakfast was good
Nothing
The breakfast was delicious.
I found and killed a cockroach in my room last night. Also due to the rain I woke up at 3:12 AM with a very loud dripping noise that prevented me to fall asleep until 5AM. The carpeted floor was wet in the morning because of the dripping.
I booked 1 night stay as passed by before heading to Hearst Castle the next morning. I didn’t expect much from this hotel and only read the not so glowing reviews about parking cost extra, no complementary breakfast etc. If you are familiar with Courtyard brand in Marriott, you will know that Courtyard hadn’t provided complimentary breakfast for almost 15 years already. I recalled many many years ago, Courtyard do offer really delicious complimentary breakfast in my past business trips. Once they stopped offering that, I have changed to Hampton Inn, Fairfield and Residence Inn due to the complimentary breakfast. Instead, Courtyard has the bistro which is chic and somehow do appeal to guests who wanted something simple like coffee, Bagels, and etc. which are light breakfast in a quiet atmosphere and not the noisy morning breakfast crowd. When I read about paid parking and saw the management stating that they are aware. It is utterly to my surprise when the front desk gave me a white card to display on my car which means complimentary parking. Thumb Up Management on listening to the guests!!!! The lobby really nice! Spacious and inviting! There is a 24/7 water counter for those who wanted to get free water. I am disappointed that they no longer offer free water bottles to each room. I believe I could have asked the front desk as in Holiday Inn and Kimpton that I stayed this far during my 9D8N Roadtrip from Southern to Northern-Central California, the water bottles usually given upon check in and/or request more whenever heading out for the morning. Therefore, Management, please do provide guests 2 water bottles upon check in, this is Good Customer Service! They have swimming pool, workout room, laundry room and spa. I think this is a Great Place to hang out or gathering with F&F. Room is spacious and we are on 3rd floor overlooking the swimming pool. Quite quiet during this time of the year on Dec 26, 2025. The bathroom is walk in shower which I LOVE very much. I really do not like the bath-tub concept as transient guests. Yes, I definitely would stay again or recommend F&F to stay here too. Oops, BTW, Walmart, Kohls, McDonald, Wendy etc. just right across on the other side. About 20 minutes walking but 5 minutes drive.
