Great place to stay during a long layover.
Pros:

Friendly, attentive staff at the hotel and good shower. Appreciated the noon checkout, which enabled us to get a good rest before leaving for our next flight.

Cons:

Had to wait a long time for shuttle pickup at the airport. Took 40 minutes.

Pros:

staff and especially the nite porter was very helpful when I had to do a zoom call during the,early hours . he was very kind and offered me water as I was in his lobby for 3 hours.

Nice front desk staff but needs more attention to detail with cleaning

Front desk staff were great - Noah was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not great. Stayed under two different reservations over the course of a week and a half. Both rooms definitely could have used a deep clean. Surfaces not wiped, sticky, carpets needed vacuuming, debris (floss stick) left behind from previous guest for days. Over the weekend, hotel was very loud with drunk guests arguing through the night.

Pros:

The staff were great and amazing . The free shuttle to the airport is fantastic.

Cons:

The location ... you need to have a car if you want to buy food or going for a breakfast that is more affordable. They have a restaurant but it is very expensive to be eating everyday

A good overnight stay close to the airport.
Pros:

All that is expected from an airport hotel. About 7 minutes by car to the airport, offers shuttle, good bedroom and it was very quiet. There is nothing at a walking distance. Small swimming pool and a hot tub. Rooms have microwave.

Yhe place to stay in Toronto’s GTA if you want quick access to Pearson International and honestly, even if you don’t. 5
Pros:

The front desk staff coild not have been nicer or more accommodating! I was surprised with a suite close to the elevator, impeccably refreshed and a luxurious uber comfortable bed and linens!

Cons:

I couldn’t stay longer!

Perfect vacation getaway, certain exceeded our expectations & made our anime con stay memorable
Pros:

Everything from the spacious room size, to the full kitchen with washer/dryer, sizable bathroom with makeup mirror light and air vent, plus comfortable living room with sofa bed and plush bedroom. Would book the same room again next time if possible.

Cons:

Small quip but if this hotel can install toilet bidets, even non-electronic ones, this would definitely be a game-changer for most customers

Good food, good pool, clean and friendly. Been coming here for conventions for several years.
Pros:

Over all everything was great. The moxies is good the staff friendly, the hot tube lovely

Cons:

I just wish the hot tube/pool was 24hr or atleast 6am-12am since regardless there isn't a life guard on duty.. it'd just be more usable with extended hours.
