Room not cleaned daily. Coffee not replenished daily. Housecoats taken by cleaners and not replaced. Dishes left in hallway and in front of elevator.

I couldn’t believe how much they charged. If we had not booked on app we wouldn’t have been able to stay. It was a snow storm and not sure how prices can be jacked up like they were!

It was a great place to stay, very close to my appointment
Pros:

Front check in staff was efficient and courteous, room was clean, fridge worked, plenty of hot water and soap/shampoo for shower, Moxie restaraunt attached had very good food at a reasonable price

Great, fun, clean, helpful experience
Pros:

Attendants were extra helpful. We were there with other guests who were in a different room and without being prompted the attendant said they'd look to see if they could place us close.

Cons:

Unable to connect to the Chromecast through the hotel wi-fi.
