Do not expect good rest at this location!

Staff was nice and snacks/drinks was great

Cons:

Please change your mattresses! They are too hard. Me, and my husband and mother in law did not get any rest because of your poor quality beds. I will never book this location because of the beds. Also, your shower curtains were torn and worm.

I will never stay there again.
Pros:

I like the location of the hotel and the lobby area, and that’s it.

Cons:

The room was cold, the temperature never rose above 67 degrees, and everything was outdated in the room to include the tv charging ports. The shower did not work, nor coffee machine.

Below hilton standards
Pros:

This hotel is well below hilton standards. I stayed here twice on work business. The 1st time was on 2/6/26 and I had pre selected my room to be ready at 3 pm. My room wasn't ready until 5 pm. Hot tub on site was down. Stayed again on 2/11/26 and the hot tub still down. The iron board in my room was broken and last but not least I had to kill a roach in my room 112. They did switch rooms but after 2 bad experiences... I would not recommend this hotel. Seems like they may have fallen off quality.

Pros:

It was located in a great area. I didn’t have to pay for parking. The entrance is lovely, and welcoming.

Cons:

The bed was wrinkled when I arrived. The temperature was set on 66degrees and it was 20 outside. The room had no exciting features. I waited 15minutes for staff to come to desk to check me in. Why is the deposit $100?

Pros:

The woman at the front desk was nice.

Cons:

I paid to stay at a nice hotel or at least I thought while I was getting in late and needed to leave at 4am the next morning. I just wanted a bed and a shower. The shower didn’t work. I feel that I should be reimbursed for this stay.
