Pros:

Location was good considering where the family needed to go. Also, shopping and food nearby. Rooms were not super clean. Obvious remnants of previous pet owner stays. Rooms (we had two) were a good value considering prices of other properties. However, prices of the rooms should still be reflected in the cleanliness of the room. Service had a slight hiccup as there was a billing issue at checkout. It was resolved thanks to the attentiveness of my brother in law who paid close attention to the bill.

Not happy. The hotel was not clean
Pros:

It was not clean at all. I was very disappointed with the room. The first room we were given was completely disappointing. Walking in the room smelled like a wet dog. The bed was not made and the pillows were on the lunge chair. The second room we were given only had one roll of toilet paper that was about to run out. There was no hand soap at all. I had to go to the front desk twice when arriving. All the money we paid was definitely not worth it.
