Great Experience!
Pros:

Cookies on arrival. Spacious and quiet room. Breakfast was wonderful. Free parking. It was close to the Tacoma Dome.

Overnight desk staff was great to work with. Actually the team in general. We arrived late with 2 babies. Everything was ready and staff was wonderful to work with.

Pros:

The provided breakfast was great. Many options. The staff were incredibly friendly. The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever found in a hotel and the room was very clean.

We have stayed there before and staff was great and it was clean.

Cons:

There was a gal and her kids that were staying there due to a house fire. Her kid held my 9 year old son under water. Kept hitting him and even left bruises on his arm. The mom did nothing about it. When I approached staff they said..oh yah I know who your talking about and the kids are just awful. Its sad because my son was afraid to go back in the pool the rest of our stay. Which we book our hotel with a nice pool so the kids stay busy. Nothing was done about it and staff didnt seem to care.

Loved it here
Pros:

It was very clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. We will definitely rent here when we return.

Cons:

They allowed pets...but you didn't smell pets anywhere in the hotel so that is a super plus.
