Pros:

Under remodeling, did not know that prior to restoration. No hot as advertised. Very dusty and dirty. And staff was rude.

Be honest on website that the whole place was under construction including pool and hot tub

Not much except a ok location

Cons:

It was all under construction l, our door didn’t lock, we were told there was a pool and hot tub, that was all under construction and the breakfast was a joke. Fan in bathroom didn’t work, beds were saggy and worn out

Very comfortable and good sized room
Pros:

The room was huge. It was nice to have a living room area.

Cons:

The sofa bed my teenage daughter slept on was awful. Sofa beds aren’t known for bending comfortable but this was next level bad. The springs were easily felt through the mattress. Also sad the pool was closed for construction. Not sure if I missed that update on booking or if the info wasn’t available. I would’ve stayed somewhere else if I had known it was closed.

We were relocated to another hotel due to gas issue.. also new hotel had no sofabed ..
We ended up getting another hotel due to 1 couple needed to alone

Lovely stay other than the non vacuumed room
Pros:

Clean room but obviously not vacuumed….debris everywhere

Cons:

Please vacuum the room and vac the edges too. So many crumbs/debris. Big enough I was constantly picking “stuff” up.

Would not stay with this hotel chain again
Cons:

Lack of 24 hour front desk service. Hotel is under construction and was not stated that construction was taking place when I booked the hotel. Shipping containers for construction at the hotel took up almost all of the parking spaces making parking difficult.

Pros:

Had good parking

Cons:

Pool was closed and the hot tub that was in the photos was not there. Part of the reason we picked this hotel was the hot tub. Heavily worn down room.
