מלון מקסים.
Pros:

חדרים גדולים ונקיים, סם בקבלה היה מדהים, ארוחת בוקר בסדר העיקר הקפה ולהכניס משהו לפה יש מכשיר להכנת פנקקים, ביצים קשות, גבינה ושתייה, אין ירקות אבל זה ככה ברוב המלונות, נהנו מאוד מהשהייה.

Upon checking in ni one was in line except myself and my suitcase, the young lady immediately told me to wait, of cause

Cons:

The check in process was very offensive to me such experience I have never encountered in my life of traveling and I do not wish to ever encounter that again in my life. I was racially discriminated and insulted by that young lady who checked me in. At the end she realized that I was not stupid, I know it was racism. I am worming every one this Hotel is discrimination. I am African American, all costumes behind me were white. She can continue to keep her job but she will have to live with that in her heart.
I will never return to that Hotel, I was in Romm 114, at the end she proceeded to ask me if I was already paid for the room, she wanted to see if I will lie,very disrespectful.

Good convenient location, great parking and breakfast. Aweful staff and service from the staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. It was always fresh and good tasting. Value for money.

Cons:

The room was facing the traffic and there was a lot of noise from it. We were offered to change rooms but were asked to pay 1 day fee(because cleaning was not possible in the evening). Apparently we should have changed rooms at 3pm. But since we came for Universal Studios there is no chance that we would be availble to change rooms at 3pm.

Also the staff offered to change the room on the text message exchange but then in person we were told that if we change rooms they would have to charge us for another room since it was later in the evening.

非常一般甚至糟糕的体验。
Cons:

booking上预定时显示停车免费，但到了酒店要收20美金1晚。我把booking订单给前台看，她说booking平台没有更新，并把她们酒店后台需要20美金一晚的页面给我看。
我认为这是booking平台和酒店之间的问题，这40美金的停车费应该有平台承担。
另外一开始可能看我们是亚洲人，给的房间内空调声音像鼓风机一样。在去前台要求换房时还说没有房间。后来在同行小朋友一再要求下才给换的房间。那种噪音的空调房间为什么还要拿出来给客人住？难道不知道维修？在维修好之前难道不能暂停出租？在尚有房间的情况下把这种房间给我们，是否歧视亚洲人？？

Pros:

Front desk person was great. Friendly gentleman with a Greek name (which escapes me at the moment). He was lovely. Very personable and helpful. Had a bum leg and he tried to find me a close parking space. However, the AC was not on the room when I arrived. It was humid and hot. I thought that for 300 dollars the rooms would be nicer with better bedding. Other than that, all good

Pros:

It’s it’s centrally located in Sherman Oaks

Cons:

Extraordinarily expensive for very little accommodations. Over $600 for two nights. No restaurant no bar. Pillows were very flat. The price I was charged was not the price that I booked for. But I wasn’t gonna fight about it. I had to go to work.
Our first room had some kind of bugs flying around in the shower and bathroom. We had to get changed to another room after I took a video of it and brought it down to the front desk.

There was no safe in the room.

There was no option for no pork people, when asked staff if they can make eggs with no pork, she stated, no. This is the menu and I can't serve without pork. I was sad because my kids were not able to enjoy fresh eggs.
