SureStay by Best Western Pearl Jackson Airport

The room was very dated, walls were dirty, sheets were stained but clean. To be fair, they are in the process of remodeling. So hopefully all of the rooms get a much needed face lift! The guy at the front desk was delightful! And this room worked for what we needed, a hotel close to the airport.

The room was dirty - the bathroom was filthy

The only bright spot was the clerk. He was nice. Other than that, it was horrible. The place was undergoing renovations but got a stop work order. It was dark, dingy, deserted & did not feel safe. Plus the air felt "stale". Would not recommend!

Showed up and the door was locked. They had been shut down by the city for doing renovations with no permit. So there I was, bags in hand, with no place to stay. Expedia doesnt provide them the guests phone number so they couldnt contact me to let me know.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast. Usually my favorite thing is the waffle makers, but the spoiled batter just threw me off.

Room smelled and turn on air and seen mold in the vents. The person at the front desk was awesome. Explained it was due to construction but i cannot pay to stay in a molded room

This property is very dated and in need of an upgrade. There were chips in the tub surface, burn marks on toilet seat, holes in the dresser top, and stains on the carpet. Bed wasn't terrible but sheets were worn. Room wasn't clean by my standard, but I've definitely seen worse.

On the positive side there was a lot of construction materials stacked at the entrance, so it appears a remodel is in the making. Hopefully things will improve in the near future. Rooms are spacious.

The area was quiet and appeared relatively safe. There's not much to eat on this exit, Waffle House and a McDonalds. All restaurants are one exit west. Dominoes will deliver to this location.

I don't typically give bad ratings or even comment on these surveys. They had this hotel rated at 4.4/5. It's a 2 at best. Room was less than $80.00, so I should have known.

The bathroom had old soap and hair in the sink and soap dish. This was a first for this property. It's usually super clean. Other than that, the stay was quiet.

For a $87.00 price, this hotel was not up to part at all and I got what I paid for but not really. I have stayed in lesser pay hotels in Mississippi being much cleaner. The microwave did not work , I had two rooms for two days. The room I occupied had human hair left on the bathroom floor , hair was still in the hair dryer cord, it was obvious the cleaning staff didn’t bother looking the room over ,everything was dirty from the mirrors ,pics on the wall with dust , hair was still on the bathroom floor, dusk all over the entire room like it was poorly maintained for days , the carpet needed replaced because of stains , the bed how ever was comfortable, the phone did not work in the hotel to even call the front desk, about a broken microwave, I had to proceed downstairs to address the microwave problem only .. There were so many other things wrong during my stay , I just withheld my comments because it was obvious cleanliness is not this hotels priority.. The front desk did try to accommodate me with the towels after going down to ask for more towels because for two adults it’s was only one towel a piece in the room for two adults.

We stayed for a night during our road trip. Didn't have much expectation but the place was okay for the price. Rooms had mild dust settled on bed and furniture. Bath room was clean - satisfied our need. Food was not as expected - it says continental breakfast, but all we had was bread, waffle, muffin and cereals. No eggs or fruits. Overall a decent place for a quick stay.

My stay was good. The property was clean and quiet.

The staff is excellent! Customer service absolutely Great!!! But the rooms are trash!!! Mold in the shower, stains on the bed sheets. I will never stay here again

There was dead bugs in bed not clean

Extremely hard to find. Need more lights and signage. Google did not help. Everything else was awesome .

The staff was very nice, check in and out went smoothly. The room didn't look vacuumed and there was a slight odor. Everything else was clean and worked well. The bed was very comfortable. Not much offered for breakfast.

The 2 men at the desk went over and beyond to accommodate us with the needs we had do to disabilities and our caregiver traveling with us. They were very courteous and made our stay good.

We drove 9hrs and went to check in at 8pm and our room was not ready and it was going to be another 30min. The bathroom door would not shut because it was broke, black spots in bathtub and room smelled musty
